Excellent location and home. Kitchen had everything we needed for a holiday dinner. Comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Lake house vacation

Lake house was everything we were looking for, house was very well maintained with easy access right on the lake. Was impressed with how big the inside actually was and the outside patio was perfect for hanging out and enjoying the view, would definitely look to stay again!

Great weekend for fishing!

This was a fantastic house! We had 12 family members sty the weekend and fish Coneseus lake. The house was clean and the location was great. We played lawn game in the yard and enjoyed the sunsets and fire pit at night!

Dream Wedding

This property was perfect for us! We needed to host an entire wedding party for my daughter's wedding at a local winery. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and get ready the morning of with beautiful lake views. I would love to rent this property again at some point when I could enjoy just being there and not on the go.

The lake view was great, great location. The neighbors are not the friendliest. Cleanliness could’ve been better. There was a lot of items left from previous guest. There was no working Wi-Fi or internet for the first two days-which you need for any TV service, spectrum had to be called by the host. Having spectrum come required us to stay on site for the duration of the time, all the cables were replaced due to squirrels chewing through them after that the Internet was functioning for maybe an hour prior to it going down again. The host showed up un- announced to try and trouble shoot the tv issues-which made it extremely uncomfortable for my family and I. Again without functioning Wi-Fi, you are unable to use the TV, which is the cable and all the apps. One of the TVs were not functioning in the room whatsoever. The property also listed that there was a hot tub on site as an amenity, which was not true. After contacting the host and VRBO about the troubles and partial compensation-the listing was edited to remove the hot tub. The host had not responded back to me at all, and refused any compensation. Overall very expensive stay with frustrations.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry the internet was not working correctly. We have now switched to a different service so hopefully there will not be any issues in the future. Hopefully the compensation was enough to satisfy you. I'm sorry you didnt enjoy the lake due to the temp.. but we can not control that. We try to keep the place neat and stocked and replace any and all supplies/paper products used during ones stay. I also had vrbo re do our listing and take off the hot tub. Which They called it a software glitch.

Weekend trip

We stayed here for our daughters graduation weekend and we had a great time. I Just took off one star for listing accuracy because the dock was not in yet and the window air units were not in and both items were in the listing when we paid the rental fee. A hot tub was also mentioned in the listing but it has been removed so hopefully that was just an oversight and will be corrected on the listing. The dock was put in the next day and we were told we could put in the a/c units if needed so it all worked out fine. We would stay here again.

Fabulous Family Holiday Stay

We were visiting from California and found the cottage to be super clean and exceeding our expectations! The layout was conducive to entertaining a group for a family dinner with plenty of places to sit indoors and outside. The deck was perfect for watching the sunset or keeping an eye on the kids. The yard in front of the cottage was broad and flat just like the photos. We appreciated having window air conditioners that we could use when needed. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare any meal and the spice rack was filled and had any spice we needed. Also, lots of beach towels handy. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Winter Lakehouse Retreat

From my first correspondence with Aaron to our post move-out communications, all our expectations were met. The home is lovely, well cared for, with a fully stocked kitchen. The family/living room is larger than the photographs inferr. Our family of six were completely comfortable here. Great electronics and wifi. We ate in as well as dined out at a few of the local restaurants. Our adult kids found a few dog-friendly breweries that they enjoyed after spending the day on the slopes during our holiday vacation. We experienced a very relaxing week taking in the beautiful views of the frozen lake. Spring and summer must be something just short of spectacular.

Hello!!! We purchased this lake house with a good friend of mine and his family. We wanted a nice place to relax and enjoy one of the beautiful finger lakes. With several wineries, restraunts and breweries around to enjoy, I think we made a good choice! With everyone involved being local, it's something we are proud to own. Please enjoy!!
