The pool is not heated

- 1st pet: FREE, 2nd pet: $50 per stay, 3rd pet and each additional pet: $25 per pet, per stay
- 3 comfy bedrooms (Queen • 2 Fulls • 2 Twins)

- Free driveway parking for 4 cars
- Minutes to shopping, dining and I-75. Ideal for families or friends seeking space, sunshine and year-round fun.

Please note that all pets must be reported prior to or during the booking. If additional pets are brought onto the property without being reported, there will be a $75 fee per unreported pet.

We want you to have a peaceful, relaxing, and enjoyable stay. Please review and agree to the following rules before booking:

* Maximum of 9 guests** are permitted at the property at any time. If you are planning to have additional people visit or host an event, this property may not be the right fit for your stay.
* Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM.** Noise should remain at a respectful and reasonable level at all times.
* No smoking or vaping inside the home.** Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.
* Parking is limited to 4 vehicles in the driveway.** The garage is not available for guest use.
* Pool area:** No glass or breakable items are permitted. Please use plastic containers only. Water balloons and other objects are not permitted in the pool area unless they are specifically designed as floating pool toys.
* NO JUMPING FROM THE WATERFALL INTO THE POOL.** This is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
* Guests may occasionally be asked to assist with bringing the trash cans in or out as needed. This helps us keep the property clean and ready for you and future guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The pool and outdoor space is truly better in person. The host was extremely responsive and attentive to any of our needs and questions even prior to our stay. We truly appreciate the communication & hospitality.

Memorial Day weekend trip

My recent stay at this home was perfect and amazing from the time I booked the property to check out the owner was quick with responses and was very easy to get ahold off. This property was also clean and in the perfect location for anything you may need to do. The house I would highly recommend to anyone in the search of a home rental in the Tampa / Brandon area of Florida

It was a very well kept property. I would definitely recommend if you have kids and animals. This is a great spot. There’s several beds obviously we didn’t use all of them, so much to do. I wish we had another night.

Great house and location

The house is listed accurately . The pool and yard are great and there are a ton of places to eat and shopping all walkable. We had great communication with the owner and everything went as planned. I would definitely recommend this rental.

This house is very nice. The pool is amazing. There are stores, restaurants and gas stations within minutes of the house. Even with all that close by, we didn’t hear any noise or traffic. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We came down to catch a spring training game in Lakeland and the location was perfect. Not far from the stadium and close by to beaches as well. Communication with the host was great. Any questions I had were answered right away. I liked that the house was dog friendly and our dog enjoyed the fenced in back yard while we were in the pool. Would definitely recommend this house. I would choose this again as well!

Ample Amenities

This house has everything we were looking for on our vacation. It is fully furnished, spacious, and equipped with a full kitchen, exercise area, tv's and laundry. It has all the comforts of home within walking distance of a coffee shop and restaurants. We had a wonderful experience here and when we return to the area, we will stay here again. And the host made sure we had everything we needed from day 1. I highly recommend this vacation spot. Thank you!

Although I appreciate the guest paying the additional fees, communication by myself and VRBO to the guest was hard. He book 1 night for 2 people. Guest had 8 plus cars at the house and multiple (10 plus) people coming in and out of the house throught the night. I then wrote the guest about check out time being at 10am as it is stated on VRBO. He thought it was 11am. After discussing it with guest we agreed to 11am. Guest still did not leave until 1130am. I also saw on the ring camera a small dog enter the house and leave. As well as hearing the dog in the back ground on the ring camera. I charged the guest for smoking in the house, pet fee, additional/ excess amount people, late fee and additional cleaning fee. We discussed and agreed to pay all but smoking fee. Which you smelled once you got into the home. Again I appreciate the payment and discussion after but communication during was not well and saying booking for 2 people and 10 plus come to the house was not appreciated.

Family gathering

Very nice pool and screened in porch! Could have used more bath towels( 2 sets for 4 people sharing that bathroom), no table, luggage rack or chair in the doubles bedroom and the ice maker did not work( went and bought ice)! It could really use some TLC! We all managed just fine. The place really has a lot of potential!

Hello Sharon. The ice machine does work. It may have just been shut off. As far as towels. There should have been 2 sets in master bathroom. 6 sets in guest bathroom. 2 on rack and 4 in the closet. With the ice and towels you could have contact me to fix the issue. My rooms don't show tables or racks. Sorry if there was confusion that there was.

Great location

We were there for a wedding and this was a great location. About 15 minutes to the venue. It’s also near everything. The large fenced yard is great for the dogs, the pool is very nice and the screened porch is great. We spent a lot of time just sitting out on the porch. The furnishings could use a little improvement. The master carpet needs cleaning. But overall it had everything we needed. The owner was easy to contact.

Best Experience EVER

I couldn’t have been more satisfied with this property and the host!! My moms booking from another app got cancelled last minute the day before I was set to have family join me in celebrating my sons graduation from flight medic school in the AirForce and I was able to find this property last minute. Jonathan was very accommodating to my situation. The property itself did not fail me. The yard and the pool were amazing. I have already recommended the property to a coworker. It is a great stay for family or even just for a little getaway. I can’t say it enough this property is a must stay!!!

Jonathan was a very attentive host. The house was clean and ready for us. Everything worked well. The pool was very nice. The only recommendation I would give would be to update the main guest bathroom. It was clean and worked fine, but is just dated compared to the rest of the house.
