Townhouse is located at 5129 Gulf Drive, conveniently located near St. Andrew's State Park, Schooner's, Capt. Anderson's, Boat Yard, Scampy's, Montego Bay Seafood House, Treasure Ship, Winn-Dixie, Publix, Treasure Island Marina and many other local favorites for shopping, dining, activities and entertainment.

The living room is tiled and looks out over the beaches. There is a deck leading out to the beach. The decor is done in a contemporary cottage flair of reds, greens, yellows and blues.

Full kitchen with tumbled marble back splash and new counter tops. Kitchen overlooks great room. The Master bedroom overlooks the beaches and has a covered balcony.

PET: A dog is allowed and must weigh 20 lbs or less, shots and flea treatments must be current. Dogs are not allowed on the public beaches, furniture, beds or bedding. There is plenty of room to walk your dog outside. Must be pre-approved at time of reservation.

The Beach Your Backyard!!!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!

You can't ask for a closer spot to the ocean! You step off the steps on the deck and your in the sand! Both balconies provide excellent views of the beach and ocean. We like to make the most of our time while on the beach and Schooners, the next door Bar & Grill, make it possible. As long as there isn't a wait at the restaurant (anytime before 5pm or after 9 pm) you can pick your dinner up from there and sit on the beach, balcony or wherever you choose to eat and enjoy those beautiful sunsets on the beach. We are repeat renters and there is a GOOD REASON for that! The Owner has always been such a pleasure to work with and has always done his best to accommodate our needs. Not to mention, he faithfully sends our security deposit back to us after departing ( within a week or so). The condo is nice and his housekeepers are pretty outstanding. One year we left a bag at the condo on accident after checking out and the housekeeper called the owner so he could contact us to let us know that we had left a bag. Who does that these days? How awesome! This year we arrived a bit early before check-in and had drove all night and were ready to crash. We knocked on the door and the housekeeper wasn't finished cleaning. We offered to help her and even told her not to worry about what hadn't been cleaned; all she had left was to mop. She was firm and said no; Only because she takes pride in her job does not cut corners! We were in swiftly as it didn't take her long to finish. The point of the story is from the owner to the housekeepers, you can't find better !!! You will not be disappointed. We will continue to rent here every summer.

A tropical gem!

We stumbled across this amazing townhouse directly on the beach and it was like finding a diamond! The nightly sound of the ocean waves set us to sleep each night after long days on the beach. Schooners is right next door and provided us with music to enjoy without leaving the comfort of the unit because it came with a great blender! Make your own drinks and enjoy their music which was just enough not to hear once inside!

This townhouse was clean, airy, bright, roomy and had everything we needed! Plenty of space for us, some company that came by each night and our dog! Best of all no lugging your stuff or driving to the beach! You are literally RIGHT there!

Close to many of the great restaurants in the area (JMichaels, Billys, Flower Power, The Egg and I) as well as short drive to Front Beach Road for the busier side of PCB for night life

David was great to work with and very attentive! Thanks for all you did to accommodate our stay on such short notice! We will definitely be back!

We loved this airy, cheerful townhouse. We especially loved sitting on the decks at night and listening to the ocean (and the music from next door). It is right next door to Schooners. It is tucked away from all the hustle of Thomas Drive but is right there when you need to cruise around. The beach is not crowded and is very clean. I would recommend it to anyone. It is a fun, happening place.
