Great Location!

We stayed for my daughters graduation. We had no inconvenience. The owner was very helpful when I reached out to him. We enjoyed our stay and made great memories.

Clean and completely stocked

Pleasantly surprised with how well thought out everything was. We had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. House was clean and was perfect for our stay. Neighbors are very friendly.

This property was all that it was advertised to be. There was a plumbing issue that occurred a few days prior to check in. We had to turn the water on and off right after use, which was inconvenient, but I was appreciative that the owner compromised so the reservation did not have to be canceled. The owner was also nice to give a partial refund due to the inconvenience. I would stay there again! My kids loved the big screen tv's in each room. The beds were comfortable, and the showers had shampoo/body wash sets installed on the wall. That is a nice touch. Very close to FAMU, which is a major plus! The neighborhood isn't he best in appearance, but it was pretty quiet. It was a nice property overall and well-kept!

I have owned this house in this neighborhood for the last 12 years. This is where my children lived while they attended college here in Tallahassee. I chose this neighborhood because it was safe and had very friendly people. The area is well kept. Residents take pride in the appearance of their properties.

What makes this property unique

This property has a warm cozy atmosphere. All new appliances and a huge backyard for children to run around and play.
