We have also prepared a starter supply of essential items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, snacks, Keurig pods, coffee mate creamer, sugar packets, and more. Please note that these starter supplies are not unlimited, so plan accordingly and be prepared to make a trip to the store for additional food and supplies as needed. Additionally, we provide body wash, shampoo, and hair conditioner to enhance your stay and ensure your comfort.
★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
We prioritize your safety. To enhance security, There is one camera facing the parking lot and two cameras facing the pool and garden. Please note that none of these cameras capture any footage of the interior spaces. The cameras will be on during your stay recording video and audio when there are motions. The camera is there mainly for security and insurance purposes.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are paramount to us. To ensure your protection, we follow a thorough cleaning process after every check-out.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Kindly refrain from smoking indoors. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for deodorizing, duct cleaning, and furniture restoration plus extra $500 Cleaning Fee and $1500 Fine

★ QUIET HOURS/ NO PARTIES ★
We kindly request your cooperation in observing quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM as mandated by the city ordinance. During this period, please avoid playing music outside and keep voices and sounds at a low volume to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
We strictly prohibit hosting loud parties, loud gathering or events at any time during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and compliance. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without any refunds plus $1500 Fine

★BUGS & CRITTERS★
Please be aware that our location in Florida means the presence of bugs, mosquitoes, spiders, snakes, armadillos, lizards, iguanas, raccoons, palmetto bugs, deer, and/or cockroaches. To avoid these creatures entering the house, please refrain from leaving the doors open. We do not provide refunds for bug or animal sightings inside or outside the property. We have a monthly pest control service in place. It is possible, although not likely, to encounter snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, feral cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as bugs such as ants, bees, palmetto bugs, love bugs, roaches, fruit flies, etc., on the property due to the tropical climate.

★FL Weather★
We are not responsible for changes in Florida weather or any resulting delays before and during your reservation. In the event of a storm, our cancellation policy remains in effect. In cases of hurricanes or inclement weather, certain amenities may be temporarily closed or unavailable for repairs. We cannot guarantee the availability of all amenities in each home. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

★NOTE about the grill★
We provide a charcoal grill; however, charcoal is not provided, and Please clean the grill after yourself.

★Weekly service★
To maintain the property in top condition, we do have a pool and lawn service scheduled weekly, and pest control visits every quarter. They typically come in the morning.

★NOTE ABOUT THE POOL★
The pool can be heated up to a maximum of 90°F for an optional fee of $25 per day.
Pool heater is control remotely by host. There is a locked code on the control panel itself. Please do not try to control it yourself. It is $500 to get the pool tech out to reset and this will get billed to the responsible guests.
