• 3,000 square feet spread across 3 levels
• 5 Bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom
• This unit shares a wall with another unit
• Master Bedroom on main floor for easy access
• The front door to our home is up a small flight of stairs (3-4 steps)
• Self check-in with a unique to you key code for the duration of your stay
• Guest has access to the entirety of the left side of the duplex except for locked supply areas

👬 OCCUPANCY & BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
• We don’t host Prom, Graduation, or Senior Weekend groups.
• Booking guest must be 25+ years old with no negative past reviews.
• For adult-only groups, all guests must be 25+ years old or traveling with parents.
• Parking is available for up to 5 cars (2 driveway, 3 overflow parking lot with provided permits).
• Home sleeps up to 12 guests. All king/queen/full beds will be shared and/or the upper bunk beds will be used. No children under 6 years old on the top bunk; max weight 175 lbs.
• To finalize your reservation, a signed Rental Agreement must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. The link to complete the agreement will be provided after your booking is accepted. To complete the agreement, you will need the full names and ages of each guest, along with a copy of the booking guests' government-issued ID. Please note: failure to complete this step within the given timeframe will result in automatic cancellation.
• Kindly note: You’ll see two separate charges on your credit card statement—one from VRBO for their booking fee, and another from Our Humble Homes covering the nightly rate and any additional applicable fees. We just want to ensure there are no surprises when reviewing your statement!

• VRBO Description is incorrect, this is NOT lakefront.
• Tennis Courts are located in the middle of our community and also at the lake club during the summer months.

💦 HOT TUB
• The hot tub is not fenced in and is visible to neighboring homes

🔥 FIRE PITS & FIREWORKS
• Fire-pits/open flames/fireworks of any kind are forbidden in our community

🐞 WILD ANIMALS & INSECTS
• Our home is in the woods and there will be animals & insects, such as but not limited to deer, bear, squirrels, rodents, spiders, ants, and lady bugs
• We are contracted with a pest control company with scheduled treatments; however, we cannot guarantee that insects will not be in or around our home

🏊🏼 POOL & LAKE CLUB
• Communal Pool & Lake Club Access is from Memorial Day through Labor Day and then weekends through September 15th. Lake Club & Swimming Pool is closed for the season after September 15th.
