Palazzo 903 is a stunning 9th-floor condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to eight. Experience a coastal vacation like no other in this gorgeous condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Beautifully furnished and fully appointed, cozy interiors are just the beginning in this spacious condo. Filled with plenty of comfortable seating, including a couch, loveseat, and chair, a large flat-screen TV encourages movie night when you’re not taking in balmy breezes on the private balcony. Preparing delicious meals for the whole crew is easy in the spacious kitchen, loaded with everything you might need. When you’re ready to settle in for the night, the master suite is a welcome retreat, featuring a king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and private access to the balcony. Unwind in the garden tub, enjoy a glass of wine, and drift off into peaceful slumber, while guests take refuge in the guest suite with a queen-sized bed. The kids will have a ball sleeping on bunk beds, while a sleeper sofa in the living room provides room for two more. A full-sized washer and dryer is a lovely convenience for quick cleanups during your stay.



Soak in the hot tub, cool off in the pool, and get lost in a good book. Head over to the beach for a stroll, while the kids let their imaginations go wild building sandcastles and flying kites as the sun sets over the horizon. Head out for a little exploration at Pier Park, and shop until your heart’s content, then follow it up with a delicious meal at Salty Sue’s or Saltwater Grill, just minutes away!



Things to know:



-Parking is $40.00 per vehicle and you'll find parking in the on-site garage. Take any available space that is not marked.



-Parking garage (maximum clearance is 6'10" - SUVs, vans, minivans, and other recreational type vehicles with car top luggage carriers will not make the 7' clearance. The gate will flash yellow light indicating the vehicle is too tall and the gate will not open. Guests with these vehicles must park in the parking lot across the street.) No boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis.



-Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay.



-Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property.



Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
