La véranda couverte est l'endroit idéal pour le petit-déjeuner ou un barbecue, à l'extérieur sans être au soleil.

Le spa est un endroit amusant et relaxant pour les grands enfants. Le chauffage du spa est gratuit pendant les mois d'été (juin à septembre). Le chauffage de la piscine est disponible si nécessaire et comprend le chauffage du spa (des frais s'appliquent).

DÉTAILS DE L'EMPLACEMENT DE LA VILLA

Indian Point est une communauté magnifique et paisible, centrée sur un lac et entourée de zones de conservation boisées. Idéalement situé à proximité de l'autoroute 192, avec un hypermarché Wal-Mart à seulement 1 mile de distance, et un accès facile aux commerces et restaurants. A dix à quinze minutes en voiture vous emmène à Disney World.
Universal est à environ 25 minutes en voiture, Seaworld est à 20 minutes.
Profitez du court de tennis et aire de jeux pour les enfants, et les lacs de la communauté de Indian Point.

A proximité se trouvent de nombreux terrains de golf, des promenades en hydroglisseur, et les célèbres attractions d'Orlando.

Fabuleux shopping à The Loop (10 minutes), au Florida Mall, au Mall at Millenia, à Orlando International Premium Outlets et à bien d’autres.
Il y a un grand magasin Walmart idéalement situé à 1,6 km et de nombreux magasins sur l'autoroute 192 à proximité.

It was a week spent with family that was most enjoyable partly due to the house and its amenities. Close to all the things we needed. Not too far from the attractions. This is yhe second time we have stayed at this property and look forward to it again. Already talking about returning next year.

I was concerned when reading the comments. However, none of the negative comments were accurate for our stay. There were zero bugs. The place was clean. The pool was fabulous. Neighborhood felt safe—people were out walking dogs. Towels were plentiful. Giant washer/drier. One note was that they didn’t have any shampoo. Things were not brand new, but everything was clean. I would stay here again. Thanks!

We were amazed and pleased with the availability of everyday essentials that were available to us. There was plenty of space for 7 of us to spread out and have time to ourselves but also a table big enough to enjoy dinners together. Lovely stay

Lovely villa nice and spacious, good location for our stay.My only concern was the cutlery draw lots of the steak type knifes mainly, were dirty from previous guests, spoons and forks, i washed mostly everything before we used it, but the rest of the place was tide.Finding the code for the safe wasnt easy, the file only had xxxx so had to email you for this. But overall a pleasant stay. And gorgeous weather, pool was a hit with the kids and us adults.

Liz and I are Brits who live in the UK, and visit Florida as often as we can. We have had many happy Florida vacations with our family and friends in this home. Over the years, our boys brought all of their school friends to stay with us and hit the theme parks. The boys are grown now, and don't come so often, which leaves more space for friends to drop in when we are there.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We came to Indian Point on vacation in 1999, and loved the place. We were back a few months later to look at purchasing. We spent a week driving round lots of different locations, and decided in the end that Indian Point suited us best. It is close to the theme parks whilst not being too out of the way. We wanted to have easy access to the 192 for the shops and restaurants. We bought our home off-plan and have enjoyed it ever since. The two master bedrooms is a great benefit for families sharing. The villa we originally vacationed in was a Crystal model with 4 beds, so we were very happy to be able to choose a Grand Crystal model, which has the same downstairs layout, and with the added upstairs second master bedroom.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The pool area is a great bonus, and we made sure to get extra deck room to fit all those sun loungers. The in-ground spa was a MUST - that's our favourite place to unwind after a long day.
We loved the covered lanai in the home design so you can sit outside but escape the direct sun.
We were lucky to get a corner lot which has a bit more space, and a long driveway.
