Updated kitchen and bathrooms outfitted with cabinets made by a pro. Flat-screen television, enclosed porch for cool fall and winter evenings, wood-burning fireplace, third floor for privacy, quiet, and security, Wi-Fi, printer, stroller, crib, high-chair, child utensils, iron, 2 bicycles, helmets, and locks for guest use, garage, indoor pool and sauna in courtyard, bunk beds with full-sized beds on each level, BBQ grill in fenced common area, coin operated washer-dryer facility.

Walk or ride bicycles to CSU or to downtown dining and shopping. We've left a list of all our local favorites. Most of Fort Collins festivals and races begin minutes from our location. Avoid parking hassles since you are in the thick of it all. Fort Collins has a bike library where additional bikes can be borrowed at no cost.

Parents visiting CSU students, professionals in town short-term, racers, families visiting friends, couples in for a romantic weekend, and those coming to town for special events or conferences will all be comfortable here.

Why Laura Jacobsen chose Fort Collins

We love to stay downtown and found these units to give us the most space for the price in this fantastic location. We liked having a pool for the kids too. And, this particular unit has been so nicely remodeled that we couldn't resist the opportunity to own two places right across the all from each other.

This is an older building that is being maintained and restored--built in 1967. The HOA is constantly working on updating the property but please note that this is not a brand new development. The common areas are adequate but not resort quality. This condo is on the third floor of a walk-up building. The stairs are inside of secured building so weather is not an issue when going up and down stairs. As with any building with shared units you can sometimes smell what people are cooking or smoking inside of their units in the hallways and stairwells.

What makes this condo unique

We like inviting a whole group of our friends to come hang out downtown. We can stay out with the kids until bedtime and then all ride bikes back here in 5 or 10 minutes. There is plenty of room and everyone has lots of options for what to do. The next morning we hit our favorite breakfast spots!

We had an amazing stay. Condo is very cozy, clean, and just enough space. Old Town is within walking distance and close to many other activities. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent Location!

Wonderful, very comfortable apartment!! The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and is a great opportunity to cook-in. We had a group of 6 adults and we did a bike tour of the breweries, which are an extremely convenient biking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable

We were in Fort Collins for four days to get our oldest son settled in at CSU. In addition to my husband and I, we had our two younger (12 & 15) children with us also and wanted something better than a hotel room. The condo was perfect for our needs. It was very comfortable, close to CSU and also to Old Town for dinners and interesting wandering, and with a grocery store two blocks away for breakfast/snacks/etc supplies. The bikes and pool were definite perks also. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Fort Collins and our son.
