Property has no neighbors to south or north which is a state protected natural space.

Great location right on the beach. This is one of two properties there is a lower floor and an upper floor the upper one has more windows and can view the beach. The lower floor can not see the beach but it is 100yards away.

Great place!

Last minute booking for fathers bday fishing trip. Great spot for a quick get away. Everything we need was at the house. Beach is literally behind us! Will be staying again!

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The only thing good was the location. As for the rest: don't expect peace and quiet. You can hear every step the neighbors make, every time a chair scrapes the floor -- basically any movement or word upstairs. Also don't expect a place in good condition. Just one example: there's a hole in the kitchen ceiling with exposed insulation. Also don't expect the property to be at all clean. Litter is scattered all around the trash area and into the yard. Not nearly cheap enough given the condition.
