It has self-check-in and controlled access. The apartment is comfortable and equipped with all modern amenities to enjoy your beach and city stay. It is within walking distance of Condado Beach, Condado Lagoon, La Placita, and many museums and restaurants. Old San Juan and the airport are a 10-minute drive away.
The neighborhood is residential near an important commercial strip. It is located downtown, so street noises exist, especially on Fridays and Saturdays.
