Lounge in the sun in one of the largest tropical sandy beach fenced backyards in Dewey Beach to the pleasant sound of our backyard fishpond.

We have with three tables, lots of seating, gas grills, a fire pit, and an ornamental fishpond.

Enjoy sitting under the stars at night with a cocktail or roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. Grill out or just play a game of horseshoes during the day

We also have two very nice outdoor showers with hot and cold water, and a dressing area

We have a lifeguard on the beach at the end of our street, and you can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach by the day or week.

Disable beach wheelchairs are available free of charge from our lifeguards but must be reserved to ensure availability

We are one of the few properties in Dewey that offers a huge, fenced backyard

The rates quoted are for up to six people with an additional charge of $60.00 per night per person for up to two additional.

PLEASE NOTE: This apartment will only sleep up to eight people. OCCUPANCY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. Sorry, I must post this due to a few reservations that understate how many guests there are and then have more show up. I want everyone to be aware of the rules. Having more guests than stated will result in you being asked to leave with no return of money paid and being charged for each additional person. Overoccupancy places us at risk of losing our rental license.

Failure to commence tenancy will result in the loss of any money paid and any balance will be due to the owner.

Our TVs are Firestick and Roku. We ask that you do not download any movies or apps that have a fee unless the fee is charged to your account. If you have Netflix, you may sign into your account to watch. Any charges that get billed to us will need to be reimbursed to us. There is always a notice informing you of any charges before you download.

In the event of power outages, loss of cable, internet, appliances, tv failure, or any offered amenity, there will be no reduction in rent. A technician will be called ASAP.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM (NO EXCEPTIONS). Our cleaners have this window of time to get our apartments ready for the next guest. Late check-out after 10:30 am will result in the charge of an additional day. This extra time is needed to get everything done to ensure everything is ready for the next guest.

We offer a DOG-FRIENDLY ONLY apartment (sorry, no cats due to allergies, no birds, reptiles, snakes, monkeys, miniature ponies, pigs, etc) accommodations for approved dogs (pet fee of $40 per night/per dog applies)!!!

Dewey Beach is pet-friendly for dogs on the beach before 9:30 AM and after 5:30 PM during the summer season and any time after September 15th – May 15th. We are the ONLY beach town in Delaware that does allow dogs on the beach in summer.

We will provide a copy of our pet rules. Dogs must have a Dewey Beach dog license which may be purchased at the town hall at 105 Rodney Ave., YOU MUST LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE BRINGING A DOG PRIOR TO COMING!! Showing up with a dog without notice will result in doubling the pet fee. Please note: our pet fee is per dog per day-night so if you are bringing more than one dog you will be invoiced for any dogs since VRBO doesn't have a way to select the number of dogs coming. No dogs are allowed on or in the property unless the fee is paid.

Now that Covid-19 is not as bad, our beds will again have mattress pads, pillows, and our beachy comforter sets.

You will need to bring your own linens and towels as we do not supply them. if you don't wish to bring them, we can provide linens and towels for a fee.

You are accepting our rental agreement by reserving. Please read it over carefully. We do require a signed copy of our agreement.
Your safety is our main concern, and every effort is being made to make your stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible. There are security cameras in place for your security.

WHAT TO BRING: Dish Clothes, Dish Towels, paper products, trash bags, soap, bath towels, sheets, washcloths & toiletries. Please bring appropriately sized sheet sets. This apartment has one queen bed, two twin beds, and two full size beds.

CLEANING: We take pride in offering a very clean nonsmoking apartment and appreciate your care to make sure it stays that way.

We have cleaners come in after each guest leaves to make sure everything is ready for the next guest. You are expected to perform normal everyday cleaning, take out the trash, run the dishwasher, and put the clean dishes away. It is the responsibility of the GUESTS to make sure the apartment is left in the same condition as found. Additional cleaning will be charged additional fees.

WIRELESS INTERNET is provided by an outside company and is free of charge. While this service is provided it is not guaranteed and we are not responsible should it not be available or for any problems that may occur from its use. WIFI login information will be provided prior to check-in

Off-street parking is available for 2 vehicles, one behind the other in the spot marked A on the building. No more than two vehicles may park in front of the building. No exceptions.

Parking passes are required in the season for any additional vehicles, and they MUST park on the street. Passes may be obtained at townhall 105 Rodney Ave

Sea View Haven is a beautiful 2BR second-floor nonsmoking apartment located approximately 125 feet from the beach.

Enjoy having an ocean view from the living room, a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for your cooking needs (except the food) including a small wicker table and chairs and an eat-at breakfast bar, two queen bedrooms, and a bath. This apartment has a keyless entry so no need to keep up with keys.

We do rent for Greyhounds Reach the Beach for the April and October events as well as Doodle Week. We rent SENIOR WEEK with notarized parental signatures. Senior Week is a full week only.

This is where vacationers go for days filled with lots of sun, nice weather, thrilling water adventures along ocean beaches, and nights filled with partying.

Boating, parasailing, waterboarding, water skiing, windsurfing, and dolphin watching are popular activities.

You will find plenty of nightlife with live music and lots of dancing.

Don’t miss the serene experience of watching sunset views of the bay and beautiful sunrises over the ocean.

Enjoy Monday Movie nights on the beach, and our bonfires on the beach on Wednesday nights weather permitting. Both of these events are free but donations are always appreciated. Grab a Jolly Trolley shuttle to Rehoboth Beach to stroll the boardwalk and make the most of tax-free shopping at the Tanger Outlets.

No Reservation is confirmed until the OWNER receives confirmation of payment from VRBO. There are no refunds for cancellation and "cancel for any reason trip insurance is recommended.

Please don't ask us to discount as we have a policy not to discount in fairness to our return guests and those who reserve early and pay the full rate and associated fees.

Our week runs from Saturday to Saturday during July and August, but is more flexible the other months with a three-night minimum.

We NEVER rent for just one night.
