OCCUPANCY - STRICT LIMIT OF 6 - STRICT LIMIT OF 2 OCCASIONAL DAY GUESTS - NO PETS - SEBAGO LAKE BEACHFRONT. Rustic, comfortable beachfront summer cottage. Kitchen with large dining area. Bath with shower. Livingroom leads out to a great enclosed porch overlooking the lake and beach. Internet, cable and phone. Four bedrooms, all up, including master bedroom with lake view. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Two picnic tables, dock and mooring. Walking distance to general store. Small marina right nearby. Strict limit of 6 renters and Strict limit of 2-4 occasional day guests.
Waterfront/Lot Description: shorefront sandy beach, gradual entry in to water. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: yes, not for overnight. Mooring: Yes.
