*****Please kindly note starting August 1st, 2025, there is a one-time parking fee of $20 per vehicle paid to the resort, which is valid for the duration of your stay. There is a maximum of 3 vehicles per reservation, as per resort policy. Unfortunately, we are not able to make any exceptions.

A starter pack of complimentary toiletries/items will be provided for your stay. If you require more consumption, you may purchase some at the local market nearby.

There is no usable BBQ grill on the property. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you with more information for setup.

If you want to have pool heating you will have an extra $40/day (duration request is for entire stay.) We would totally recommend as it makes the water warm and comfortable to use.

It was very nice, loved the pool!! The House was Beautiful, needed a little touch up of cleaning on the end tables and sliding glass windows but overall it was great! Need to Update the Book you go by to Explain what to Do and Not to Do!I would recommend this Resort to Everyone!

The property was wonderful including the community pool and other amenities. The host was available whenever needed. Property was clean and conveniently located nearby disney. My entire family enjoyed staying here. Definitely recommend to anyone who has large family and want to stay nearby disney!!!

It was a great stay until the air stopped working and we were sweating for 2 days of our trip. It was almost 90 degrees in the house and my family was miserably hot. They sent someone out to fix it eventually but no curiosity was extended to us for the inconvenience which was surprising.

The house was just as described with enough room for our family of 8. The property is beautiful and the pool an added plus. I also enjoyed that this property was at the end of the cul-da-sac, so there was no traffic going back and forth.

Pool Privacy

Our favorite part about this property was the privacy with the pool and being on the end in a culdesac. The wooded view was great and the sun exposure was awesome especially coming from the Midwest. It’s a big resort and we didn’t feel crowded. Walking distance to the resort pool. The home had all the necessary necessities including pool toys. There was great communication with the owners. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

Nice house at the end of a Cul de Sac. Owner sent frequent messages with tips, information, etc. I did try to contact the two local hosts and neither responded to me. It was nothing urgent the amenities listed a grill and we did not find one on the property.

Flordia finals rental

This place was perfect. We came to Florida for the Florida finals for cheerleading. This place fit all our needs. The inly thing that would have been a plus would be a crock pot. Our family is one that doesn't eat out every meal and a crock pit would have been handy. Any issues we had you guys were quick at responding. I will be referring you to my friends, family and coworkers. You were the best host we have had. Thank you.

Great Location

The location is great. We spent time at Disney so being close to the parks was important. It's a close enough drive, yet far enough to not be overloaded with traffic. The house was very comfortable having a private pool was a bonus. We did pay extra for the pool to be heated; however, we were disappointed that the pool was still very cold, so we did not use it as much as we liked to. I did express this to the owners in the beginning of our stay and never heard back on what the issue was. I was not refunded for this either. The community pool was fantastic. We spent several days there. The water lazy river was a big bonus and loved our time here. Overall we had a good experience and happy stay.

Overall nice place but a few disappointments

The check in process was super easy and the house was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location of the house was nice and private being at the end of a street. The walk to the resort pool was about 3/4 of a mile. The resort was awesome. The pool area at the resort was amazing and my kids loved it. We did have a few issues with the house. When we arrived at the kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. We notified the property management and then they sent someone to the house while we weren’t there. They didn’t notify us that they sent them so we came back to the door open and people upstairs which we felt was weird since they were fixing the kitchen sink. It made us uncomfortable since all our belongings were there. The listing also stated there was a grill and there was not. We were told it had to be rented. We paid for the pool heat, but couldn’t even use it because it was so cold. The owner mentioned reimbursing us for the pool heat and then never got back to us.

My wife and I are from the NJ area. Our daughters, Madison (who is 6) and now Maya (who is 1) loves to visit Walt Disney World and the Beaches. We love the attractions and the Orlando/Florida area. We decided to buy a vacation home because we needed the accommodations that hotels could not provide (full kitchen, privacy, and extra space!). We love to use these homes but also share the joy with others. We take pride as these are our private selection of homes and have done plenty of research to find the perfect resorts. These are our babies and we have upgraded and kept in a immaculate condition. We have given it lots of love and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
