Welcome to 30 Waterfront Dr. #332, a sophisticated coastal retreat nestled in the South Island area of Saint Simons Island, Georgia. This pet-friendly rental offers breathtaking marsh views, creating a serene and private sanctuary for your stay. Spanning 1,550 square feet, this elegant three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The primary suite is a haven of relaxation, featuring a plush king-sized bed and an HD Smart TV, while the well-appointed guest rooms include a queen bed and two twin singles, each with its own HD Smart TV for added comfort and entertainment
• MAX Occupancy: 6 guests total
• Spring Break, Student Groups, Chaperoned Groups, including events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, and receptions, are not permitted
• Dogs are allowed with a $150 fee per dog (2 dogs maximum)
• No Smoking
• Linens (bath towels & bed sheets) provided
