BEAUTIFUL UPDATED bayside, 3-bedroom, 2-full bathroom condo. Located on the ground floor. Pet friendly!

Master bedroom with King bed, 2nd bedroom with Queen bed, kid friendly 3rd bedroom with 2 twins. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 8.

Parking available directly out front with 1 and 1/2 spaces (second spot, first come first to park shared with other unit in building).

Sleek kitchen counter, stainless steel appliances, HamiltonBeach Flex Brew, washer & dryer.

Linens provided for renters including sheets, towels, bedding, and pillows.

Equipped with cable and WiFi. 55" Smart TV with cable in the living room and 40" Smart TVs in the master and 2nd bedroom as well as a 32” in the 3rd bedroom.

Only a short walk across the street to the beach. Walking distance to Food Lion (w/ Redbox), Greene Turtle, Crabcake Factory, gyms, Northside Park, family activities and more.

Privately owned, gated outdoor pool, located on Jamestown Rd (next to Greene Turtle), just past the Jamestown Park on the left. Keys could be found on the key hook on the inside front door.

There is a playpen for use located in the closet.

There is a locked shed outside the front door containing beach essentials for use. Keys could be found on the key hook on the inside front door.

Keyless entry. Code will be provided upon arrival.

This was a wonderful condo with conveniences. Very close to restaurants and grocery store. We enjoyed north side park and could see the new years fireworks from the condo. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds were firm but comfortable. Appreciated the linens and towels being provided. Extra bonus for being able to bring our pets. Communication with owner was stellar. We loved it and hope to visit again.

The house was helpful. The location was good. The house needs a little TLC. The water pressure was not great, but I’m not sure anyone can do anything about that The beds were comfortable. I think an upgraded couch would be a huge improvement. It was almost impossible to even sit comfortably.

It is a pet friendly home but the neighborhood didn't really share the sentiment. There was a rocky area and some grass available by the harbor which was convenient. But mostly went to the park for long walks and potty breaks. Not complaining though, the park was very nice with a long walking path. The location was great. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The parking situation was a little tight, made my husband do all the parking The master bed was so comfy! Would stay here again.

Cozy and comfortable

While the weather was less than ideal, rained 4.5 of 6 days and very cold. we were very happy and comfortable in the rental! It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed there. It’s right off of the main strip running through OCMD which was great for restaurants and activities!The beach was only one block away

Condo was clean and centrally located for all of our activities. Great food and shopping in walking distance. Not much you can ask for!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. The unit was clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly, which made it easy for us to settle in and feel right at home. Being on the bottom floor, we did notice some heavy foot traffic from the unit above, but that’s to be expected and wasn’t the host’s fault. Melissa was fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout the booking, check-in, and check-out process. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We’d definitely stay here again!

Spacious apt for a comfortable family stay !

This is a great property to stay with family and friends including pets. Very close to stores and some good restaurants. Being a corner property it doesn't have a great bay view but that's not a let down. Host were very responsive and answered all our queries promptly.

Best Thanksgiving!!

First off, communication with Melissa was on point from booking to departure. The location can't be beat.. quick walk to the beach or the bay, tons of restaurants and Food Lion. My family of 4 and 2 pups had the best 3 nights at this lovely first floor unit in North OC! Absolutely can not wait to return. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

I really liked the location of the property it was near everything and you could walk. I did not pay attention that the pool was not at the property it is two streets away but at least we had a pool. Would def stay again:)

Beautiful condo

The condo greatly exceeded my expectations! It was well appointed, clean and spacious. It had everything we needed, including plates, utensils, cups, coffee maker, washer/dryer, towels, etc. The condo is so modern and cozy too. The location was perfect, and we walked to the beach, pool, restaurants, ice cream parlors and supermarkets. Our host, Melissa, was very responsive when we texted her with questions. We can't wait to come back again! Highly recommend!

Nice owner and pet friendly unit

Family vacation to enjoy the off season. Unit was nice and updated. Owner answered next day most of the time. We had some very heavy footed neighbors upstairs but that doesn't fall on the owner. Tricky parking in front of the unit if you have a bigger SUV like us. So we just parked on the street.

My family of 5, all adults, stayed at the Cozy Bayside Retreat in North Ocean City for 3 days in July and our stay was great! The unit was clean, spacious, and the location was wonderful. The beach was across the street and we were within walking distance of the grocery store, a few restaurants, and an adult beverage store. There was a quiet sitting area out back with a table and chairs where we had a nice view of the bay and boats. There was also ample space to walk our dog. All 3 bedrooms had TVs which was a major plus for us! There are a lot of air bnb's without TVs in the bedrooms which is non-negotiable for my family. The living room had enough space for everyone to watch TV and play card games comfortably. The kitchen had all the necessary essentials, including a toaster, drip coffee pot, and blender to feel like home. Melissa was a great host! She responded quickly to any questions we had before the trip as well as while we were there. We would definitely come back again!

Perfect family spot

Ok, I’m sure you’re like me a look at 15 different places and then narrow it down hoping you picked a good one. I hit the jackpot with this pick. Super close to the beach- when they say well equipped- it is! We brought our beach chairs- silly - because they have a bunch there. It’s second from a food lion. So many close restaurants we actually wanted to eat at. Everything about this place was convenient. The pool is an added bonus. Our family was able to walk almost anywhere we wanted to go. The condo itself is beautiful and spacious. We stayed with my in-laws and our kids (7 in total) and we never felt cramped. Pet friendly to boot! If you’re looking at this place book it now!!!

Nice & convenient ground floor unit

This really is in the middle of OC, as it's convenient to everything in either direction. Very well-decorated hm that felt spacious, comfortable, homey & beachy. Plenty of sleeping options for large family, as well as our family dog having room to stretch out. Since we were in town for a family wedding, may we suggest an ironing board & iron? Luckily, we brought our own ironing pad & iron, just in case. Also, maybe a motion light for the lil walk from the lot to the door? Had my elderly Dad w/ us, so this was a lil tricky. Otherwise, honestly, we genuinely appreciate your sharing your slice of Heaven!

St Patties Beach Weekend

Property was perfect for what we needed. The host was very communicative and accommodating. The parking isn't great if you have more than 2 vehicles or if they are large. The off street parking was plentiful but had to be off the street between 8am-11am (I think for trash pick up) so that's hard to make sure it happens if you are out partying the night before. Also there isn't really anywhere to walk your dog where grass is. We tried and there were these little sticker bush things that got stuck all over his paws. The only thing I would suggest to the host is to add a mat for inside the main door as there is sand everywhere and ended up in the condo and stuck to feet so also got in the bed. That's worse than crumbs. lol
