Newly renovated top floor 1BR 1BA condo w/ a loft in wonderful North OC. 3 large beds. Very nice view of the ocean between buildings and a large balcony for people watching. 2 dedicated parking spots, full kitchen, washer/dryer. The Ocean is just across the street and you are within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants. In addition, you can walk to mini-golf, laser tag, playground/parks and convenience /grocery store. Park car and leave it parked your entire vacation.

The room was very clean and perfect for our family of four. The fresh flowers were such a thoughtful touch! We loved being able to relax on the balcony each morning and enjoy the beautiful view of the beach. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Great Condo

We had a great stay. The condo was just what we needed for our weekend trip. Great for our family of 4. The condo has a partial ocean view from the balcony and the beach access is right there. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

The condo was very clean and extremely equipped with soft bath towels and clean linens. The living space and decor was extremely accurate to the photos The host was very good with communication and very easy to deal with and accessible. Very short distance to the beach, 2 minute walk Would definitely stay again!

The place was in a great location, and the host was incredibly helpful. Every time I sent a text, he responded quickly and was always available to answer my questions. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend!
