Relax with the family or friends at this single family home in a quiet safe neighborhood. Plenty of parks and restaurants nearby, with the I-10, 202 loop, & 101 loop all within a couple miles. Dining, shopping, outlets, golf, entertainment, and casinos all within minutes. Chandler Fashion Square Mall a few miles away. Close to Arizona State campus & sports.

Spacious kitchen, living, and dining rooms with open setup and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy the serenity in the backyard with the pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, and outdoor dining area. Pool and hot tub can be heated for additional fee. Pet friendly upon request.

I am only looking to rent for a period that includes Super Bowl weekend (2/10-2/12).

There is no gate around the pool.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
