Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful but could use a few updates. The beds were hard and needed more pillows. The kitchen was lacking on utensils. The outdoor area is beautiful, my family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Lorena was great and responded quickly to the few concerns we had.

Cooking amenities were not as stocked as others. But the Safeway down the street was helpful with that.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the nearby Safeway was convenient during your stay. We were a bit surprised by the comment regarding the cooking amenities, as our kitchen is fully stocked with the essential cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and appliances needed to prepare and enjoy meals. We regularly inspect and replenish these items to ensure guests have everything they need. If there was a specific item you felt was missing, we would have appreciated knowing during your stay so we could have addressed it right away. We always strive to provide a well-equipped kitchen and an excellent experience for all of our guests.

Phenomenal experience that felt like our own personal destination and spa! Kids had a blast swimming, especially with the slide and occasionally playing basketball. The adults had a great time playing billiards, floating in the pool and using the steam sauna, which was absolutely amazing and a huge stress relief. The grill was great and easy to use. Parking, laundry, and cleanliness was perfect. The gym was perfect in the garage. Communication with the host was excellent and spot on. We received responses always within a few minutes, and they were incredibly professional and kind throughout our entire stay. Will stay again

Host is very disrespectful and difficult to work with. Even VRBO customer service tried to discuss an issue with her and came back to me saying she was rude to them. Place was clean. Aside from the hot tub not working, the sauna not working, the garage door not opening, the place was otherwise within specs of the advertised property. But the host is very rude and difficult.

Perfect Rental in Phoenix

My family and I stayed for a week, and it was one of our best vacations ever. The property has everything you need, from pool, to hot tub, to golf and basketball there was plenty to keep us engaged without ever having to leave. I also want to point out that the owner was super helpful and responded quick when I had any questions. We would definitely stay again.
