This charming cottage style home will provide a cozy classic cabin feel with its rustic interior design. Tucked away beneath the pines, this home will provide you with incredible views of the mountain and lake views.

Relax on the plush sofa couch or armrest chairs in the main living room. The stone wood burning fireplace provides warmth to the entire room, giving you the perfect spot to defrost on chilly mountain evenings. Enjoy the flatscreen tv with family and friends as you watch a movie. A few steps away, the spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious home cooked meals. Modern appliances, plenty of meal prep space and a keurig coffee maker can all be found in this kitchen. You will also find a washer/dryer combo in the kitchen area.  In the dining room, you’ll find a large table with seating for six and back deck access.

Step outside for some fresh mountain air and enjoy the shade of the surrounding pines. Grill up some steaks on the propane barbeque as you enjoy the flawless big bear weather. Relax on the patio furniture as you take in the spectacular scenery of the lagoon where there is a private dock available for your enjoyment or maybe just soak up the stars while relaxing in the spa! The backyard is fully fenced so bring your four legged family member along for the fun!

When it’s time to retire from your adventure filled day, head back inside and up the stairs where three bedrooms were perfectly designed with your comfort in mind. All three bedrooms provide access to the upstairs patio. The first bedroom offers a King size bed with stunning pine views through the sliding glass doors. The second bedroom provides a Queen and Twin bed with access to a shared jack and jill bathroom. The last bedroom has a Queen size bed with access to the jack and jill bathroom. You’ll also find an armrest chair and small desk for a quiet work space if needed.

Lake levels vary throughout the year and boat docks availability is not guaranteed at the time of your arrival. Destination Big Bear is not responsible for the level of water in the lake during the course of guest's stay. Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
