This stylish, recently renovate home is the perfect retreat for families, friends or just that weekend escapade with your significant other. Great use of space, includes outside deck with hot tub, BBQ and a Fire Pit. We cater to groups and offer all the necessary amenities so you can feel right at home. For groups larger than 10 guest we have a sister property 2 minutes away where we can accommodate an additional 8 guests.

This property worked well for our large group of mostly adults. The large dining room table meant we could all eat together. Beds were clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet.

This home was fantastic. It was very clean. It was pleasantly and comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, plates, dishes, utensils etc. We would consider staying here again.

Wonderful property!

This was a wonderful space for me and my family. The house was very clean and the layout was very spacious and convenient for visiting. We visit the area often to see extended family and will definitely be staying there again!

Capital Jazz Festival

We were a group of 7 ladies, all family, staying for the Capitol Jazz Festival. The home was AMAZING and beautiful. Very clean and surprisingly well equipped with all the kitchen needs you could every require. It is very rare that you find a home so well prepared and welcoming. Magnificent stay, we look forward to returning. I hope you got our handwriting thank you note, signed by all.

Wonderful house

This could not have been a better spot, for a relaxing vacation, the hot tub at night the fire pit going and just a fun relaxing time. The inside was absolutely beautiful. The dual shower was a great surprise and made me want to remodel home bathroom to match. The location was great near everything you could need. 15 min to downtown DC and 35 min to Fed Ex field.

Great large group set up!

Fabulous host. Well appointed home. Thoughtfully decorated and set up for group or family staying together. Quiet street. Treed back yard. Hot tub a plus. Have stay and lots of Vrbos and am a host myself. House and hosts are true professionals!

Perfect for us!

This was probably in my top two experiences with VRBO. We were in town for a junior golf tournament at Congressional Golf Club. The house was beautiful and so clean. Located about 20 minutes from the course it was the perfect location away from all the hustle and bustle. Great places very close to eat and shop as well. The owner was very responsive to anything we asked and often checked back to see how golf was going. I cannot say enough good things about this property. Very comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and a safe neighborhood. If we travel back to the area there is no doubt where we will stay. .

We loved the property. It was just as described in the profile. The place was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed while staying in a home-away-from home. It had ample space for my family and me. We did have issues with contacting the host but am not sure this was an issue on his part or with VRBO. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay. We definitely plan to try to make it a regular place on our list of stays while our daughter is in college.

Fantastic Property!

From the beginning, communication with the owners was great! Upon arrival, easy check in and house was SUPER clean! Plenty of plush linens, bedding was comfortable and house had many great upgrades. Kitchen was well stocked with all that we may have needed and even supplied dishwasher detergent, soap/cleaning supplies and garbage bags. We had a couple of families and the floor plan was perfect for adults upstairs and kids down! Neighborhood is quiet and the property is private- we enjoyed morning walks through the neighborhood and kids really enjoyed the hot tub in the beautiful backyard. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
