Heading downstairs you will find the fourth bedroom and bathroom, and expansive game room with a ping pong table. Outside there is a large yard, screened in porch, deck, and a path that leads you straight to Greers Ferry Lake! The path is a little steep, but there are rope railings that make the walk easier.
