The Master bedroom has a king-size bed a spacious walk-in closet and private bathroom. The 2nd bedrooms have queen-size beds and a comfortable workspace. the 3rd bedroom has 2 full-size beds, and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. Complete sets of bed sheets, blankets, and extra pillows are also provided.

Other things to note
- SMALL GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED only until 11 pm. We respect our neighbors, so we obey the rules and regulations of the city and community.

Any sound must not be heard distinctly for one (1) a minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more as measured from the property's
baseline between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM daily and fifty (50) feet or more as measured from the source property line between the hours of
7:00 AM and 11:00 PM daily. We kindly ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.

-BBQ - Free Propane - No fee - We kindly ask our quests to clean after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if BBQ is not cleaned,
we will charge a $50 fee.

- Damaged items (cost of replacement):
Bed sheets stained where they can't be washed $50
Lost or stolen art, decors, plates, or other stuff are also under penalties.
Lost or ruined towels - $10 hand towels and $25
bath towels. $40 pool/beach towel

- SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Should the Guest violate rule, the Guest will be liable for any damages that may have been caused by such action. A $700 cleaning fee will be
assessed should the Guest choose to smoke inside the house.

- The guest shall use the house for residential vacation purposes only. Large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden. The house may not be used in any commercial way or for public events, or commercial promotions of products and services.

All Occupants who stay overnight must be registered. The amount of occupants in the house is constantly monitored by our exterior cameras.
