3/2 Covered Heated Pool-Pool Table-Very Private

Dream House has just been completely redecorated with a special focus on high quality and comfort. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath private home sleeps 6+2 guests and most rooms connect to the pool and patio via glass sliding doors. There are 2 King beds and 2 twin beds plus a queen sofa bed. Truly charming bamboo wood floors throughout and a tastefully updated kitchen with quartz countertops and new appliances. The voluminous vaulted ceilings and plantation shutters convey an ample and welcoming Florida boating and beachy feel. The Heated Pool has a picture frame screened enclosure, covered travertine marble patio, gas grill and table and chairs allowing for the full outdoor grilling and dining experience. The fully fenced backyard is exquisitely landscaped for complete privacy.

East Dania Beach is the newest Exploding South Florida experience, everything is just 7 minutes away from Starfish House. From Dania Casino to Hollywood's Boardwalk along white sandy beaches and tropical turquoise waters to the recently opened Dania Pointe with tons of shopping from Anthropology to Hobby Lobby, the coolest dining from Tommy Bahama's Bar to Cooper's Hawk. There is a huge new Regal Cinema, a Bowling Alley and a playground in the center of everything for all the kiddies. Ft. Lauderdale Airport and Ft. Lauderdale are just minutes away, you name it, we have it in Dania!

Hollywood has a couple of great golf courses with reasonable green fees!

House was very clean, beds were very comfortable, showers were nice good water pressure plenty of hot water. Couches were very comfortable. Pool was nice had it heated was very warm pool had an issue with pool when we got there quickly taken care of communication with Val was great very close to beach and dog beach, would definitely stay again.

Really good property. Clean, a lot of space, nice location and quiet neighborhood. Pool was clean and good size. We most likely would stay there again.Only one issue. Flashing system in gest bathroom toilet not good at all. Not enough water to flash. Owner has to put a new one to accumulate more water in flush tank.

This was a good place to stay for the money. We had a family of 5, and with the two living rooms and bedrooms, it was great. The only issue was the microwave didn't work, they responded quickly to fix it, but it wasn't before we left. All in all good place!

Amazing Stay in Dania Beach

Me and my family loved this house and the location! Perfect to fit a group of 5 and a baby. The house was very clean, organized, and spacious. They had a pack and play to accommodate the baby as well. Owner was very attentive and responded quickly when we mentioned one of the toilets became slightly clogged. Overall we loved this house and will be saving this listing to return again.

Bumpy start but wonderful overall

Pool and screened area were lovely and relaxing. A couple of issues at beginning of stay were resolved within a day. House and location were great. The toilets are fussy - very easily blocked - and were a bit stressful. Otherwise, awesome.

Outside Pool area was filthy, beer bottles underneath the chairs, broken jewelry and rocks. Nasty!!!

Overall the stay was nice! The inside of the property was much cleaner than the pool area. The pool area was just filthy, it cut our swimming off period. The pool guy came to clean the pool on check out day at 8 am. To be awaken by the individuals walking back and forth was alarming. While I understand cleaning has to take place. What if I wanted an early morning swim?

A++ Everything was fantastic

The home was easy to access, easy communication, great service. It was very comfortable for our family of five. Everything was clean and decorated very nicely. The kitchen was great for cooking in and the pool was great! It is nice to have a place that feels like home when you are away. So close to the beach and everything that you need. We would recommend to anyone.

Perfect Home and Location

This home is beautifully furnished and was spotlessly cleaned. We enjoyed the spacious many areas of the home. The pool was crystal clear, warm and refreshing. We enjoyed our coffee each morning on the lanai. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication with property manager. I will definitely rent this again when in the area.

The Perfect Quiet Spot

We had a really lovely stay. The location is perfect - so close to Dania Beach, Hollywood Beach and Fort Lauderdale, grocery stores and shops. This beautiful home is located on a very quiet street - it is the perfect quiet spot to rest and relax. Our family really enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of room in the home for our family of 4 and 'the grandparents' too. We were very impressed with the quick responsiveness of ValGal when there was a minor maintenance issue that needed attention. We would highly recommend this rental for its great location and the spaciousness of the home. We definitely hope to visit again next year!

Resort Style Vacation

The home was as advertised. Clean, well appointed with a chef worthy kitchen. Lots of seating and living space with a fun deck and pool. Quiet area with close proximity to everything you need for a short, or extended vacation. If I find myself headed to the area again, I would not hesitate to stay here again. And I found I overpacked because the washer and dryer were great additions. The only minor fault, and every place I have ever stayed has one, is the lack of storage in the bedrooms, if you like to unpack your suitcase. Otherwise the place was a 10/10.

Fantastic Dania-Hollywood Home

We had such a lovely stay! I have to admit that I was hesitant to book as there were no reviews. However the listing look lovely and was basically where we wanted to be so I took the chance and booked. Much to my delight the house was excellent. The house is perfectly set up and extremely clean. Everything we needed was available to us including beach chairs and towels which was a plus for traveling from Colorado. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The landscaping in the backyard made it feel like our very own oasis. The pool is so nice. The water temp was perfect and the screened in lanai was so lovely to sit in day and night. Location wise it was so convenient to so many things. The beach is a quick short drive, Hollywood area was close by for restaurants. We were in town for the Miami Open tennis and it was an easy drive to the Hard Rock Stadium. All in all this was a fantastic stay for our Spring getaway! I would absolutely recommend a stay here and will be on my list the next time we come to South Florida!

great place to stay

The home was immaculate. Everything was as is in the photos online. The pool was warm and clean. There were bath towels, beach towels, and washcloths to accommodate six guests. I give it a 9/10 for the following reasons. Bare in mind these things mattered to me and might not matter to anyone else. Amenities 1)The kitchen had pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, and coffee cups. It also had a coffee machine (filters were left in the cabinet), a toaster, and a blender. I would have preferred a single-serve Keurig machine instead. Also, there was only salt and pepper as seasoning. 2)The bathroom had handsome toilet paper and a hairdryer. There was no bathing soap! 3)There was a washer and dryer with soap pods. 4) There were TVs in each room, the main room, and the kitchen area. You can log on to Netflix, etc., but you need an account to access it. 5) The rooms are spacious. My issue was that there were no outlets to charge my phone on the nightstand. You need to move the bed in the main room to use the outlet closest to the bed. A lamp with multiple outlets would have been great. There are numerous small mirrors around the home, but not one full-length mirror.

Never Again

We rented this house based on its location and also on the amount of bdrms and bathrooms 2. We had a total of 6 people. Got to the location, entry was easy, home was clean. Rooms were as shown in pictures and as described on the website. Then the issue arose, My grandson used the main bathroom to pee and flushed the toilet, he yelled I think the waters going to go on the floor!! After rushing into the bathroom and seeing what was happening I called the emergency number explained that the main bathroom toilet wouldn't flush and just filled with water and was told they would send someone over in the a.m. to look at the issue, they did arrive the next morning after 10:30 a.m. , So after pouring 2 bottles of a drain opener and us boiling 2 pots of water to pour down behind it , I was told that the toilet needed to be replaced, and now all 6 needed to share the master bathroom toilet...Ok I understand... but why not change the toilet right away? ..Needless to say this was intrusive on my wife and myself. Nobody called me to explain or apologize from ValGal or even possibly say we will fix it asap for your stay..ot what ever something... Number Two, While in the pool with my wife and family we noticed a rock slab (small) with what was supposed to be a Seahorse on it, leaning up on the base of a small tree. After getting a loser look, we noticed the eye was a lens and low and behold, it was a CAMERA.. No where did it say on our contract that there was an outdoor security

Beautiful property and location

Nice open floor plan and beautiful pool. Easy access to area attractions and beaches. In quiet neighborhood with well kept properties. Management was very attentive to our needs. Definitely would go back.
