Brand new construction in the best location in Greenville. Right beside hwy 385, at the boarder of Mauldin and Simpsonville, you can’t beat the central location. Pet friendly. No silly pet fees. 3 bedrooms 2 baths. Washer and dryer. Master bedroom features a huge California king bed. Fall in love with the spa like bathroom and the biggest walk-in-closet you will ever see. The other 2 bedrooms have a queen size bed each. Fully fenced backyard. 2 car garage. No carpet. I love hosting and have other properties in the area. This is my newest rental. Inclusive host, I welcome people from all walks of life. Enjoy!

A warm and cozy stay.

It is in a safe neighborhood and everything looks brand new. I liked the bedrooms and the backyard. Really nice place.

Great location for experiencing Greenville SC

This house was perfect for exploring the area around Greenville. And the wonderful back yard was great for the two dogs. Marcela was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

February Get a way

The house was great! Felt comfortable and homey. Marcela was a great host. She had thought of all we needed before we even got there. My 92 year old mother loved the place and was able to relax. We would definitely stay again.

Near Greenville Gem

Very nice home with garage/garage door opener and close to just about anything one would need. We had several day trips, the best being Biltmore Estate and the fabulous Chihuly exhibit! Restaurants everywhere, loved El Jalisco on Butler Rd. Marcela is a wonderful host!

Best VRBO experience ever!

Marcela has created the most welcoming, cozy spot, in a safe, quiet neighborhood in Mauldin. The home was exactly as it was described, and my two dogs loved the enclosed back yard. The home was perfectly appointed and so unbelievably clean! We had lots of closet space, huge garage, and the most comfy beds. Thank you for making our long stay so wonderful!

Amazing house!!!! And Amazing HOST!!!

Stayed here for a week, house is brand new and BEAUTIFUL!!! Quite and close to everything you need. Host is great and very quick to respond. Everything we needed was there for us. Super clean and high end furniture and bedding. Amazing soaker tub in master bath along with beautiful shower. I would highly recommend.

Perfect home away from home for our family!

We spent a little over four weeks in this house this summer and absolutely loved our stay. From the decor down to the linens, everything just felt like home. I can’t say enough about our host! She was absolutely perfect to communicate with and we would stay at this property again if the need arises. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were all pleasant to chat with on our nightly walks. The area is perfect for anyone wanting the accessibility to the downtown Greenville area or Simpsonville. We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient area to stay while we checked out the area for an upcoming move to the upstate.

Convenience and Hospitality

Marcela is a wonderful host. We are local to the area and needed a place to relocate our family while our floors were replaced due to water damage. We were so thankful to find a place close to our home, convenient to the kids schools and our jobs, and a space we could bring our pets! The back yard is wonderful, the house is just the right size with a huge garage for any additional storage, and we were able to really be comfortable using this Vrbo as our home base during a very busy Christmas concert/recital season. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone - the host is eager to please and easy to work with! We loved that it included every amenity, washer and dryer, all the appliances, and a nice tub and shower. Thanks again for making a stressful two weeks so much easier! ❤️

Wonderful experience

Marcelo was a super responsive host. My husband and I are very particular about our VRBO’s and have stayed in plenty. This house is decorated with beautiful furniture, the master suite bed was firm, the other bedroom mattresses are a little softer, home is decorated with high end furniture. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The host took great care of making sure you were equipped with everything you could need, and then some. Even left us some snacks. The location was great as we were looking to purchase and wanted to explore all around Greenville. We had dinner in Simpsonville almost every night, which has a super neat vibe and trendy restaurants. Highly recommend Stellas, Sidewall, Smoqes Brq and two awesome coffee shops as well. It is a great location for visiting Greenville for the day and it’s easy to navigate the surrounding areas from this homes location. We also walked the neighborhood and felt very safe, it was quiet and the home was brand new and lovely. We also had a small Boston terrier who enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Highly recommend!
