Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay, our first time in Cape Coral. We have stayed many times in South Gulf Cove in Port Charlotte, but Boca's Grande's parking ordinance made us look elsewhere. The neighborhood was very similar, and the house was terrific. Great layout, nice pool, and plenty nearby. The management company responded very quickly whenever we contacted them and were accommodating. They offered to extend our stay with a discount, and we stayed an extra couple of days. We had a great stay!

The house was beautiful and extremely clean. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the pool and canal area. We brought our boat and was able to enjoy the boating experience as well. With the lift not being available for use, it would be nice to have some cleats and bumpers on the dock for mooring but no a big deal. Overall, it is a great place, and I would highly recommend the stay.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Host communicated quickly with an issue from the property, from others, but would not stay here again. The pool was not enjoyable there were little bugs allover and really didn’t enjoy it although the host sent someone to clean it, it was still filled with them. And other issues in the house as well however, we did enjoy the area we always come here to enjoy the beaches.
