We truly enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It was so comfortable and homey. There were so many thoughtful details in every room. Plus, the visit from the host dog was a bonus! The hosts were very welcoming and helpful!

I had such a great stay at this house that I can’t wait to go back! The owners were right there to help me and my friend with anything we needed during our stay, which was absolutely perfect! Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

Sweet little place

This cabin is surprisingly close to town, but feels a million miles away. The hosts are wonderful and it is a great place to just relax

Loved this property. Private backyard with hot tub. Cute porches. Decorations were great. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well appointed. Coffee corner was well stocked. Bar was equipped. Couch was comfy. Plenty of seating. They thought of everything we might want, need or expect in a VRBO.

Loved the cabin

Jennifer’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. I loved the rocking chairs on the back porch looking out over the cute backyard. The hot tub was such a great way to start and end the day!

Best ever rented

Everything was over and above advertised listing.. even the host dog and the live deer visiting in the early mornings! The wisteria blooming and live vegetables for the taking and especially the abundance of rocking chairs provided on front and back porches! Even enjoyed a game of darts with my brother on the back porch. Wonderful relaxing stay.

Peaceful cabin near the lake

We loved this sweet little getaway. Such a breath of fresh air from the city. Lake is gorgeous. We woke up to the birds chirping. Every day was so peaceful. Our hosts were great communicators & we’re so sweet. 10/10 would stay again.

Cozy cabin

The cabin was perfect for our stay in Austin. We took advantage of the hot tub and backyard grilling. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Our hosts were super accommodating when we had a schedule mistake. We highly recommend this property.

So cozy!

We loved our stay! Cabin is so cozy you just want to watch movies all day or curl up with a good book! Hot tub was great and relaxing! Love it! Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions! Loved it!

Absolutely wonderful stay

This gorgeous and adorably decorated cabin far exceeded our expectations! The cozy cabin vibe made you feel like you were in the mountains while being just outside of Austin. Windy Point is our favorite spot on Lake Travis, so having access to the park was an awesome bonus. The cabin was well equipped with everything you could need for your trip. The hosts were fantastic and the surprise visit from their adorable dog Bo was just the icing on the cake. Our family had a very memorable Thanksgiving. We will certainly be staying here again in the near future.

Lovely place, great location, terrific hosts! Plan to return.

Excellent. Jennifer and Jay could not have been better hosts. Jennifer was very helpful before our stay and always answered my questions quickly, often within minutes. Once there, both of them went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze, just as described. We really enjoyed the place! It was lovely, even better than photos showed (don't think I saw the cute little bar set up or dart board on the deck - nice surprises). Comfy beds and reclining chairs. Plus wonderful extra amenities from snacks and coffee provided to board games and a dart board outside (which our family made extensive us of)! The nearby Windy Point Park (which they left complimentary passes for) was very nice also. Only two beds, but they provided a 3rd small cot and we also squeezed in 2 more family members for one night on the couch and floor. Watched the solar eclipse from the privacy of the backyard! Only suggestion would be instructions (like a booklet or something) about procedures (ie, clean up/closing) and operating info for tech stuff like the TV/sound bar, Alexa, etc. My more tech-savy nephew figured it all out but not sure I would have on my own since everyone's entertainment/streaming platforms are different these days. Also we prefer softer pillows, but that's just a preference thing. Bedding was all of good quality, pillows were just too thick for our comfort. Thanks again! We really hope to stay next time we visit Austin!
