Three bedroom home in the beautiful coastal town of Cape Carteret. Large family dining table and family room. Family friendly neighborhood, perfect for walking or bike riding. Boat friendly parking at house. Two NC Wildlife public boat ramps. Two minute walk to amazing sunrise and sunset views at the waterway. The beach is a short drive over the bridge to Emerald Isle. Home is a 5 minute drive to Swansboro and a 20 minute drive to Morehead City. Amazing fishing opportunities all around. You are in walking distance to a McDonalds and Subway. You are a 2 minute drive to several restaurants, Lowes Foods, Lowes Home Improvement and Neuse Sports Shop. Walmart is a 10 minute drive into Swansboro.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all towels and sheets on the bathroom floors.Return comforters and blankets to the beds.
Turn off all lights and fans. Make sure all doors are locked.
Remove all items from the refrigerator. Remove all trash from the house and place in appropriate container outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Grill can be found in the garage. Please move grill to patio for use. Remove coals from grill when cool and place in metal bucket. Return to garage.
Boat ramp at the end of the road is PERMIT ONLY. You will need to use a NC Wildlife Ramp or other ramps for your boat.

The owner was extremely friendly and prompt with responses to questions. Check in was quick and easy. The home was clean when we arrived. The house was perfect for our family of 8. The garage made a great handout spot for the kids and added dining space. We had a folding table we brought for eating outside. Kitchen has plenty of pans and even cups for SUNSET SLUSH! There are tons of outdoor chairs and the corn hole boards were great! The beds were comfortable!The house is in a great location! Boat dock at the end of the road. Need to bring your kayaks if you don’t have a boat!Will definitely be back!

We chose this neighborhood because it is family friendly. It is a great area to walk or bike. It is located near many restaurants and stores.. You are close to the beach; but far enough away to be out of busy beach traffic.

What makes this property unique

We hope our home is one you can enjoy with your family. We are located near several boat ramps. Morehead City is a 20 minute drive. You can find more commercial businesses and restaurants. We are close to Swansboro. You can find local restaurants and specialty stores there; along with Walmart.
