Welcome to Panama Breeze, a charming southern quadplex with a modern beach vibe! This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is just a short distance from beach access, ensuring that you'll have fun in the sun all day long.
Inside, you'll find a cozy and comfortable space that can sleep up to 5 guests. The master bedroom features a queen bed, while the spare room offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for families or friends traveling together.
If you love cooking, you'll enjoy the convenience of the new stainless-steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. And when it's time to relax, head out to the private courtyard with a picnic table and chairs, ideal for enjoying a meal or taking an afternoon nap in the sun.
Little Palm is conveniently located just 2.5 miles from Pier Park, where you can explore local eateries and shops.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

Overall the place was just what we needed. You can tell its been recently renovated and everything was very clean. It had plenty of the neccessities needed to cooking, etc.

Great Vacation!

This condo was the perfect location. We went during spring break and the beach was amazing with no crowds with only a short walk (2 min walk). The condo was perfect for our family (2 adults and 3 kids). We did have to reach out to management upon arrival but they were great to work with and friendly. We rented one of the condo units, while another family we came with rented unit. We plan to come back again!

Great little spot!!

We chose this property because our son was participating in the Iron Man competition. After studying the route on the IRONMAN website, I felt like this was in close proximity to the course. Little did I know, the running portion of the race goes directly in front of the house! It worked out perfectly! The property was clean and comfortable. A little bit small, but worked very well for us. It was myself, my husband, one adult child and one grandchild. Definitely recommend this spot! Convenience everything!
