Welcome to this charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom beach cottage just steps away from the sand and surf. This inviting home is perfect for those seeking a relaxing and comfortable beach vacation.
As you enter the cottage, you are greeted by an endearing front porch with comfortable seating and coastal-inspired décor. Step inside, and you’ll find yourself in the cozy living room. The open-plan layout of the living rooms leads seamlessly into the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, which is perfect for cooking up a storm and enjoying meals with friends and family. You’ll find all the amenities you need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.
The cottage features two bedrooms with sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests. The first bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom features a full over full bunk bed, perfect for families with children. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated with beach-inspired décor, comfortable bedding, and storage space. Need a little more room? The living room features a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space.

The pool was amazing — the water was warm and heated, which made it even more enjoyable.The kitchen had all the basic items we needed to cook dinner or prepare a quick meal, and I truly felt at home during our stay. Everything was spotless and very comfortable.There are great restaurants nearby, all within about 3 miles, which made everything very convenient.We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back.

Great Stay

Just enough space for a small group. Home is well kept and in a great location. Pool is a nice plus especially for the kids. Would absolutely stay again.

Last toast on the coast

Beautiful home. Very clean and well put together when we arrived. Rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were stocked with what we need to prepare meals an shower. Area was close to multiple stores and activities. Love that we had our own private pool and bikes to ride.

That's not on the rental company though, as I understand it, the tram is operated by the HOA there at Destin Pointe.

Amazing Stay

We had a shower handle break, and there was great communication. It was as taken care of as soon as possible. There was trash pick up on most days. Pest control and pool guy came during our stay, and were very kind, and asked if we had any immediate concerns, which we didn’t. Bicycles on the property made it very easy to ride to the beach. Pool was a very nice amenity. I honestly felt safe in Destin Pointe, and I felt valued. Often on vacation, I feel like someone to be endured, like all the other summer people, but I felt like an appreciated guest during our stay.

The people who stayed prior to us must have paid to have the pool heated because it was nice and warm. Communication with Destin Pointe Rentals was great. Quick and friendly responses. We got locked out on our last day. Had paid for a late check out and believe the entrance code changed automatically at 10am (normal check out time). We were quickly able to get a new code and get in (on Easter Sunday). Obviously wasn't convenient to have this happen, but was grateful to get a quick resolution. Enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch. The only thing we missed was a view of the water, but still really enjoyed our stay.

The home was nice, bright, and clean. Our group had four people and were very comfortable in the space. The community amenities were very nice- we took advantage of the community pool which had an amazing “infinity” edge looking out to the ocean. Very much appreciated the beach wagons provided at the house and the two beach chairs and umbrella we were able to utilize. My only complaints would be the small amount of toilet paper and bath products that were available. With having four girls staying a long weekend we had to go out and buy toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to get us through our stay (which unfortunately then went to waste as we all flew in to town and couldn’t take them in our luggage). I feel like a lot of rental properties are lacking in these items in recent years- just something to be aware of when booking. Overall we had an amazing stay and I would recommend this place for a stay in Destin. The house and community were lovely.
