We stayed here for Christmas 2021 for 8 days and absolutely loved our stay. The condo was clean and spacious for the 4 of us, and had gorgeous views of the mountain and some of the ski runs. The kitchen is well stocked with the main things, including pots and pans and baking sheets. Our teenagers went to the pool once and enjoyed it. If we plan to go back to Keystone, we would absolutely stay here again.
There are a few things to know that we wish we would have known before checking in. It wouldn't have made us stay somewhere else, but just good to know:
1. The entrance to the parking garage is only 6'9". We have a big Yukon that I don't think would have fit in general, but we had a roof box on it so it definitely couldn't go in. The extra parking outside is limited, and we had to move our car a few times as spots opened.
2. The shuttle to River Run only runs from this location between 8a-5p. If you want to go to dinner, you'll either do the ~10 minute walk (in the cold and snow wasn't fun), or drive over. The good news is River Run has free parking, and at night the parking lot is pretty empty.
3. You have to stop by the property management office to get your key at check-in, but the key is a digital code on a piece of paper with some other basic building info. That could be an email and would be nice so you don't have to make the extra stop, but it isn't out of the way - just wasn't efficient.
4. The sports bar on the listing is now a breakfast/lunch spot. It was delicious, but not open for dinner, so if you don't feel like cooking, you have to leave the building. There is a small grocery store/market/liquor store downstairs, so you can get some basics there.
