This oceanfront second floor condominium at Regency Towers is freshly updated, equipped to optimize every moment of your vacation to Panama City Beach! The master bedroom of unit 207 features a king bed with balcony access and a private bathroom! The second bedroom features 2 full beds and is adjacent to the units second bathroom. The common area also hosts a full sleeper sofa. Regency Towers features 2 pools, fitness center, great gathering space, and much more! The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

Regency Towers is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 8 minutes away and the Marina is 4 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Sweet Home Alabama Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge. You get up to two parking passes and 6 resort bands with this Thomas Drive area beach front vacation rental condo.

Guest must be at least 21 years of age to gain access to this resort property and will be denied access upon arrival to the resort by the Security Gate, if under 21 years of age.

DISCLAIMER - GUESTS MUST PAY AND REGISTER FOR PARKING AFTER BOOKING. THIS IS PER RULES OF THE BUILDING/PROPERTY THUS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. You can purchase up to two parking passes and 8 resort bands with this Thomas Drive area beach front vacation rental condo upon arrival to the complex.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

We absolutely love this area. It's nice and quiet, with great beaches, restaurants and shopping. Our host, Cort, is very responsive and answers any questions or concerns promptly! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed for a great stay!

Our second trip to this condo complex and absolutely love it. The ease of this unit on second floor is great no waiting for elevator. Overall, unit was clean and for our family of 3 was perfect.

Great vacation week at PCB

Our unit was on the 2nd floor at Regency Towers. It was a nice unit and I loved the low floor. It was a lovely vacation. The ocean water and awesome weather was spectacular! May is the best month to visit PCB!

Easy check in process although different than what I expected since I had to check in with front office. Haven't had to do that in awhile. Nice and clean rooms and since I was on the second floor easy to get to ground level vs using the elevators. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect family vacation

2nd floor unit is convenient to avoid elevators. Location was great, and amenities were exactly what we needed for a family vacation this summer. The unit definitely needs an update, as there are several other units that are more updated and look more appealing. However, that did not alter our stay. The floors could have been cleaner, but honestly it’s at the beach so sand is to be expected. We just had black feet from walking barefoot. The only thing we didn’t like, was the bedrooms did not have ceiling fans. But overall we had a wonderful time and the unit had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this property.

We loved the location of the unit on the second floor. It overlooks the pool & Only one flight of stairs to climb. The elevator is too slow so with the 2nd floor we never used it. There was a DG across the street & we were able to get all our groceries there.Condo was clean & even had a few trash bags, dish soap & aluminum foil which was helpful. We left our big sand shovels in the closet for the next family. Would definitely rent again!

Nice a few unexpected fees

Arrived at 6 pm. Fortunately had condo on 2 nd floor 1 of 3 elevators out again. Vehicle registration fee (1st time I have had this charge in over 30+yrs) Pool area very clean. Beach was beautiful. Condo had mildew in ceiling of second bathroom ceiling. No trash can in second bathroom. No dresser in second bedroom had an entertainment center with one drawer and a single night stand. Not enough room to put our clothes. And no garbage disposal Otherwise it was beautiful.
