My wife and I enjoyed our stay here in the loft. The rooms were all clean and nearly everything matched the description in the listing. The only exception was the couch, which is in the process of falling apart (the right arm is falling off) and was very uncomfortable. This wasn't enough for me to dock any stars, but it's something to keep in mind if you're considering a stay here.

Convenient and Cozy

We were in Ipswich for a family reunion and needed two bedrooms. Apartment #3 was great as one of the bedrooms has a door to the outside roof deck. This made it easy for me to come in late and not wake anyone. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Great for girls trip

Three of us stayed here for a girls trip and found the property to be very clean and the neighborhood to be very safe. We walked around and explored quite a bit and had a great time. The property was as described and was reasonably priced. Had everything we needed and was in a convenient location.

It was cute & well-located. We were comfortable though the ceilings are quite low in spots (attic) and the ac was so loud, it was hard to hear the tv. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The rental is clean and comfortable and checked all the boxes for our stay in Ipswich. Very centrally located and it was a pleasure dealing with the host. Treetop views

This was a great location. Easy walk into town to eat or shop, but right on a main route that made reaching my stepson's place easy. Extra tall people might have difficulty with low rafters in this "treetop" apartment; but if you have no problem with a tall staircase, it will be a pleasure.
