Welcome to Summit Beach Resort #219, a Gulf-front condo in Panama City Beach, Florida. This one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath getaway sleeps up to five guests and offers stunning views of the emerald waters from your private balcony. This condo includes free seasonal beach service, including two chairs and an umbrella, for your enjoyment. Designed for relaxation and convenience, it’s the perfect home base for your beach escape.

The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime simple, whether you’re preparing a light snack before heading out to the sand or cooking a full dinner to enjoy at sunset. Complete with cookware, appliances, and utensils, it has everything you need, plus a washer and dryer for added ease.

Inside, the primary bedroom includes a private half bath, while the hallway connects to an additional half bath and a shared shower/tub combination. Extra sleeping accommodations are available in the living area with a queen sofa sleeper, and there is a twin/twin bunk in the the hall, making the condo comfortable for couples, families, or small groups.
