This listing is for a condo at The Summit Beach Resort, it's located right along the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, a golf course, and other family attractions. The Summit Beach Resort offers guests onsite amenities such as two large swimming pools, Summit Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bob’s Restaurant, hot tubs, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, a basketball court, three shuffleboard courts, and a fitness center. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection’s Adventure Zone activities onsite, including fan favorite Dive-In Movies on the pool deck at dusk. Each suite is fully furnished, providing all the comforts of home. The Summit is one of the biggest resorts and offers some of the best values on the beach.

1 Bedroom 1.5 Bath condo, with a KING size bed in the master bedroom, twin size bunkbeds in the hallway & sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 5! This condo does not have a washer and dryer but there is some available on the ground floor of the Summit.

Enjoyable vacation stay

We enjoyed our stay at The Summit. Great location and amenities. Kitchen is small, but worked fine for just the 2 of us.

Beautiful stay

Property was beautiful, very clean, wonderful amenities. Bikini bobs was great and the tiki bar had great drinks. Loved the movie nights they played at the pool for the kids.

Perfect Fall Break vacation

We loved our stay in this unit! It was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for the week. The AC was cool and the view from the balcony was amazing. I’ve stayed at the Summit on prior visits and this unit was perfect for me and my family. We would stay here again in the future. Thanks for an amazing week!

Greatest Getaway

We loved everything about it. Room was perfect, Weather was perfect, and the water was the prettiest I have ever seen. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you for such a great experience.

Third year

This was the third year I have stayed in the same condo. Every year has been a nice experience. Every thing went off without any problems. Very easy rental process.

Our family had a wonderful stay in your condo...I do wish it had a washer and dryer....We were disappointed that the Summit closed the pool and hot tub at 7:30pm....or than those two inconveniences , we were very satisfied...Thank you for allowing my family to enjoy your condo.

Small but perfect for a small family.

Very nice stay. We had no utensils so we bought some and left them. Also had a pot but no coffee maker. Also left it. Enjoy coffee :) beautiful weather perfect for my little family of 4

Great stay with a lot of options.

The condo was clean, comfortable, safe, and convenient. The only issues are s couple of wall putlets need to be replaced, cannot be used. Thr elevator, right next to the unit, is out for renovation, as is the coin laundry on that side, therefore you have to use the center elevator or the other end of the building elevator. Overall, we will definitely stay again.

Senior get away

The elevator was out all the way down by our room my wife has oxygen so this was an issue. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Security was very informative. Condo had everything it said. Just confused on washer and dryer. We enjoyed nice big patio

Cons: The location nickle and dimes you for everything. The ad did not tell about the 27 registration fee just to park your car and get armsbands and then another 50 fee to bring a boat into the lot which is massive and has more than enough parking to allow the boat to come in. The amount of fees to stay here are excessive. The place is right across the street from a prominent strip club that you get to view every time you walk out of your room. The additional joy was the inappropriate language written on the underside of the bunkbed that my kid got to read that should’ve been covered up long ago. Referred to the pictures below for the other stuff that needs to be taken care of.Pros: The apt. was clean inside and right on the beach. There is a restaurant on property along with a tiki bar and two pools. The beach was very clean and quiet.

Beautiful View, Nice Room

Room was nice and clean. Oceanfront, which we loved! Manager was friendly and response was fast. Cons: out of four elevators only two were working which was inconvenient being on the 8th floor. No washer and dryer in unit. The onsite laundromat was a joke. Only one working dryer and two working washers.

Room not as expected

Bed linens were not clean, not enough wash clothes and towels , broken blender, dirty floors . And the elevators were not working . Other then that the stay was good.

Not happy

I was asked to change units a few days before our trip which since it was the same size unit ion the same floor I was happy to do. When we opened the he door of our replacement unit it reeked of mold and mildew. We found wet sheets in the washer with the door open and a wet mop in the bedroom closet. One bathroom door had hinges that were coming out of the door jam so the door would not close properly. Neither tv worked . After 5 calls to the property management office and two days later they fixed one tv. I am a beach girl but my husband not so much a beach guy . I was very upset that he didn’t have a tv to watch I will never stay at The Summitt again

Condensation leak

There was condensation leak in the bedroom Had to use most of the towels to soak it up. The new refrigerator is too big for the kitchen. The property mgr. does not respond back to me in a timely matter. Other than that. Beautiful condo, very clean. Will differently book next year. 😀
