THIS UNIT BOOKS FAST! Are you looking for a place to get away and relax and have some fun? This is exactly what you are looking for. We have a beautifully decorated (with local art) beachfront condo located at the Summit on the 7th floor with a private balcony. This condo is centered directly in the middle of the complex overlooking both pools. The balcony also offers an unobstructed view of the beach from east to west, and the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets from this view are breathtaking.

This unit sleeps (4) in beds plus an 84 inch (non sleeper) sofa. Master king-size bed, TV/Roku, closet, and dresser. There are two twin bunkbeds built into wall of the hallway. We have one full bath with tub/shower and a half bathroom. Towels and linens furnished.

This unit has a washer and dryer, central heat/air, fully-equipped kitchen/dining, including refrigerator, electric cooking range, microwave oven, dishwasher, and cooking/dining utilities. The living room area overlooks beach, and is furnished with 84 in sofa and love seat, cable with Roku in Master and family room. There is wireless internet access for all units at the Summit. The Summit has two pools (one heated in winter months), two wading pools, and two outdoor hot tubs along with one indoor hot tub. There is a beach playground area for the kids to enjoy. Workout room is available on main floor. Tennis courts and basketball court as well.

The Summit has a snack bar-gift shop/convenience store, pool side Tiki Bar, Bikini Bob's beach chair rentals, arcade room, and an Internet Cafe. The Summit also offers parasailing and jet ski rentals. All this available without having to leave the resort.

You don't have to go far from the Summit to find more fun, entertainment, and good food. Right across the street is a fun park called Slingshot & Indy Speedway where you can ride the slingshot which gives you a 100 mph exhilarating ride. They also have the fastest go-karts on the beach and trickster trampolines. Also, across the street from the Summit is the legendary Hammerhead Fred's, as well as other restaurants, where you will find local seafood and local flavor.
