ABOUT THE HOME: This lovely coastal, single-story home is located in Gulfview Heights, between Gulf Place and Blue Mountain. It's centrally located along 30A making it the perfect location to access all your beach vacation dreams. Hop on the six seater golf cart and explore scenic 30a. After a day at the beach, head on over to Shunk Gulley for some outstanding oysters, Pecan Jacks for ice cream or relax out back on the porch swing. The home also features a brand new game room that will be fun for all ages. Casa Blanca 30A has everything you'll need to enjoy your vacation by the sea.

ABOUT THE AREA: Gulf Place area is one of the 30A coastal communities that rests between Blue Mountain Beach and Dune Allen. The Gulfview Heights community is known for its peacefulness, a bit secluded- family atmosphere. There is access to nature trails within the neighborhood and quick access to the beach and restaurants of both Gulf Place (Shunk Gulley, Pecan Jacks, Perfect Pig, Papa Surf Burger, Local Catch, Stinky's) and Blue Mountain (Cowgirl Kitchen, Red Fish, BM Creamery/Bakery, Mimmos). The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking, biking trails and adventure await you.

BEACH ACCESS: Gulfview Heights Regional public beach is a short drive/ golf cart ride away (.5 miles). There are restrooms, showers and parking (22 car and dedicated golf cart). Coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards.

AGE REQUIREMENT: No reservations will be made to anyone under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian is required for every four (4) people under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must always accompany their children and/or guests under the age of twenty-five (25) and be present at the time of check-in. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no return of any payments made.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with property owners as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Casa Blanca Delivered!

We had a great stay at Casa Blanca during our trip. Lots to do in the playroom, the screened in room in the back was great for evening dinners and the house had everything we needed. Check in was easy, the hosts were beyond great, and proactively communicated with us...greatly appreciated. Proximity to the beach and overall great experience are reasons we would definitely stay at Casa Blanca again!

Girls trip

We had the best girls trip! The location was great! We went to the beach daily. It was a short trip by golf cart with plenty of parking. The house was spacious and plenty of room for all of us to get ready each night. We ended our stay with a beach bonfire which was such a treat! We will be back with our families!

Enjoyed the long weekend!

Casa Blanca was very clean and comfortable. We had a very restful sleep in the master bed. The neighborhood is quiet and seemingly safe. The golf cart was a great treat and got us everywhere quickly and in style! Sunrise Coffee, Cowgirl Kitchen and Pecan Jacks were regular destinations! Can't wait to return!

This house was perfect! The golf cart is a great addition so you can get to the beach access and Gulf Place in minutes. The game room really made the trip! I love that we could put the kids down and still have fun! Our pup loved it too! The management company are very responsive and helped make this trip awesome for us. We can't recommend it enough and can't wait to come back!!

Wonderful vacation at CasaBlanca 30A

We had a wonderful vacation at CasaBlanca 30A. The home was warm and inviting with plenty of room, a great screened-in porch, and wonderful location. Only one block from Longleaf trailhead, and a few short blocks to beach. The house was clean and well equipped and the fenced-in yard was great for the dogs, Everything on one floor was very convenient, and the house was spacious. The owners were delightful and very responsive. All in all, it was a great place to stay. Were looking forward to staying there again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation

Great Neighborhood

We had a great visit to Casa Blanca 30A! The Neighborhood was quiet and safe which made it great for walks and bike rides with the kids. It was a little too chilly to beach all day, but we stayed busy playing in the game room and doing a scavenger hunt at the nearby trail. We were surprised that almost all restaurants were open in the off season. Golf cart was a lot of fun! House was very clean and beds comfy!

The property was just as beautiful and inviting as described. Rachel and Damon were quick to respond whenever we had any questions. We accidentally locked the wrong lock and messaged them and Rachel was immediately on the phone with me to get us back in. They are the nicest owners we have ever dealt with, you cannot go wrong booking this property for your stay. Close to beach accesses, shopping yet it is quiet due to the location. Absolutely LOVED our stay and the owners!!!

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend

We had an excellent stay at casablanca 30a! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process seamless. The location was great, and the amenities exceeded our expectations.The only feedback is that the property dod not provide coffee or shampoo/soap. We hadnt prepared for this so had to make an extra truo to the store!Thank you for being such a fantastic host! We'd love to stay here again in the future.

Perfect family get-away

The property is very nice and private. It has plenty of space and the house has a very nice design. 30a Beach Girls is very personable and responsive. Upon arriving a property manager texted offering to help with anything we needed, and gave us her for any issues, for which there were none. Overall met all my expectations. We can't wait to return! The overall experience was great - I would highly recommend this property and owner.

Could not recommend Casa Blanca and 30a Beach Girls more!

I love renting this home! This is our second year doing so and it is just the best experience. Every element of the home is well maintained, clean and thoughtful! You can tell they just keep improving every year (our fam loved the new garage game room!). The home owners left goodies for our four kids and the property management team checked in with us to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed. We LOVED our experience! It was the perfect vacation for our family of 6!

My wife and I with 2 of our daughters and our 2 grand children and significant others stayed for 5 nights during spring break. Great property and the owners were great to work with. The den and kitchen area were great for gathering with our family and making lasting memories. We were within walking distance to 2 of our favorite restaurants and the beach and the golf cart was an added bonus. The garage / game room was great for us at night or during the day when the weather was not great. We will definitely use this property again.

Thanksgiving Week

We had a fantastic stay. The house is beautiful with extra touches that make it even more special. My mother and I had plenty of room to cook a big Thanksgiving meal for all six of us. My husband even used the grill for some of it. The game room is great for the kids, and the fenced in backyard made traveling with our yorkie so much smoother. The beach is right down the road. We walked one day and took the golf cart another day. We will plan to book here again in the future.

Clean and well equipped!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Blanca 30A. The home was very clean. The kitchen had more than we anticipated. We had easy access to the beach. We enjoyed taking the golf cart to town, the beach, or just riding around. The playroom was enjoyed by the kids and adults. Reading a book on the back porch while kids played in the playroom added another level of relaxation. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation

We stayed at Casablanca and had a great time! The weather was chilly and we worried what to do with the kids, but they had the most amazing time in the game room. It kept our kids entertained all week! House was clean, well stocked and convenient location. Beach Girls were available for everything we needed! What a fantastic family vacation home!

Perfect Spot

Our family of five just enjoyed a beautiful week in Santa Rosa. Staying at Casa Blanca was the perfect spot to be. The hosts were wonderful and the home is so sweet and has everything you need! A short golf cart ride to the beach or restaurants, but the peaceful feel of the neighborhood really was relaxing. Highly recommend!

My family took a quick long weekend trip to Casa Blanca. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was nice, roomy, updated, and clean. It was only 5 small blocks from 30A. We really enjoyed to golf cart to ride to the beach and to the local restaurants at Gulf Place. We brought our small dog and it was nice having a screened in porch and small back yard. The Beach Girls were very helpful during the reservation process and the communication was efficient via text messaging.

We will be back!

It ended up raining most of our trip, so we spent more time in the house than we had hoped. We spent a good portion outside on the covered patio. It is fully screened, so we could get some fresh air and still stay dry! The fan was a nice touch. The yard was fenced in, so it was easy to let the dog out and dry off on the porch before coming inside. We took full advantage of the kitchen. We watched football at shunk gulley (tons of tvs upstairs), shopped in the rain at gulf place and seaside, coffee at sunrise, ice cream at pecan jacks, dinner at vue on 30A and tried our best to make the best of a rainy situation! Communication with the management company was quick and easy! We will be back when Mother Nature can bring us some sun!

It's a gem!

Our recent stay at Casa Blanca was beyond amazing! It's tucked away on a quiet street away from it all, but close to everything. Jump on the golf cart or bike and you're at the beach or restaurants within 5 minutes. The house fits 8 adults comfortably or 10 if you have kids. It is the most organized and fully stocked kitchen I've ever vacationed in. It's clean and well maintained with modern beachy décor. The "mud room" off the kitchen was perfect for keeping the sand in one place and storing all of our groceries. We have never vacationed in a house with this much storage! You will fall in love with the covered porch and outdoor space. It's a gem. Parking was no problem. We could have brought our boat, had we known. Our only disappointment was that we had to leave and go home. Beach Girls were great to work with from start to finish! Can't wait to go back!

The Perfect Stay at Casa Blanca 30A!

The location of Casa Blanca 30A rental property cannot be beaten. This was our first time in the South Walton and 30A area and now see why it is known as the Emerald Coast - the views are breathtaking! We loved Casa Blanca 30A's quiet, private neighborhood. There is plenty of room for parking if needed (including boat parking). Having the golf cart made the short trip to the public access beach, shopping, & restaurants even more fun. Inside you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay on one single floor. Our favorite place to hang out was the screened back deck with porch swing. The fenced-in yard is great for kids (or dogs!) to play! This property offers plenty of space, is well stocked, is very clean, and the property management company is great to work with. We can't wait to come back!

Great Trip!

We have vacationed in South Walton a few times. I was nervous about renting Casa Blanca 30a because it was pet friendly (we were NOT vacationing with any pets), but to my surprise this place was so so so clean! Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, layout of the house functional, loved the quiet street so my kids could ride bike, and the beach was much closer than I expected. We really found the location to be perfect in getting to the beach and shops/restaurants of Gulf Place and Blue Mountain. Golf cart A+! The management company answered all of our questions within minutes! We will def be back to Casa Blanca 30a in the future-this time with the kids and dog!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable home!

We stayed at Casa Blanca at the beginning of August and had an amazing time. The house was super clean and so nice. It was a beautiful home and we loved all the extra details to make your stay enjoyable. This was one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed and the set up of the home was perfect for our family. The back porch with the big swing was wonderful. We loved spending time out there at the end of the day to relax. Having the golf cart to get to the beach access and getting ice cream was great. Our kids loved riding on it. The beach access was just down the road and really easy to get to. There were lots of beach toys and boogie boards at the house that the kids loved using. The owner is very responsive and so helpful if you have any questions. We highly recommend this home if you are staying in the area! It had everything we needed and more!
