Private beach just steps from your front door swimming, sun bathing, fishing, kayaking/SUP, campfires, and more. Renovations include kitchen, flooring, interior, whole home water filtration, and more! Simple cottage with combined living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, sofa bed and bath. Full screened in porch facing the bay, deck on rear of property, outside shower, and gazebo overlooking beach. This property is cute & clean, it is a beach cottage not a luxury resort. The views and experience are amazing and will be enjoyed by couples & families alike! Weekly bookings Saturday to Saturday Late June/July/August. 2–4 night stays other months. Love Silver Beach and this perfect little cottage! We had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and kitchen was well stocked. We had great weather for beach and enjoyed the spacious screened in porch. We were the only ones on the beach during our stay. Paradise! Silver Beach is a hidden gem and I look forward to visiting again soon.

We have stayed here before and are signed up to stay again. We love this place! It's right above the beach with private access and easy entry through a private gazebo. Beautiful sunsets over the bay you can see from basically everywhere on and in the property. House is clean and comfortable, kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook if you so desire. Weber grill available. Beds are comfortable, linens are nice and soft. It has a fantastic screened in porch with plenty of comfortable seating and a large dinning table. Eat/drink on the porch, watch the sunsets, and just relax! Perfect!

This was our fourth year staying in this wonderful home, and every year is better than the previous one. The beach is wonderful and just a handful of steps from the back door. It's perfect for our elementary-age son, and our daughters in college love it as well. Water is clean, often very clear and calmer than the ocean. The neighborhood is remarkably quiet, no matter how many people are there in a given week (this week was extra quiet as few neighbors were around). The home is perfect for a beach week. The host has made improvements every year, to the point where there are appliances in the kitchen area we didn't even use. Same with the washer/dryer (we did use in the past). We spent a lot of time on the back porch with the fans going. It was wonderful at night and we enjoyed watching storms come across the bay (we were lucky to only have rain at night for a couple nights). The yard is big enough to have a catch or toss a frisbee with younger kids (all of that will be beach-only when they are teens). It's a walkable area if you want to get your steps in or see the other streets along Silver Beach. Just a great place. We look forward to returning.

The house was warm and cozy with a full kitchen (minus dishwasher), nice furniture inside and outside, TVs and comfortable beds. We loved the fire pit, chairs and wooden canopy area by the beach. The hostess was very responsive and easy to work with. We loved the area and hope to return someday soon.

Perfect small family getaway

This location is perfect for small families as the beach is small and water level is low for a ways out. The sunsets are INCREDIBLE! The host is very responsive. Would highly recommend this spot.

Restful get away

We really liked the easy, restful, relaxing atmosphere. Quiet and very private beach area. Add to that the beautiful Chesapeake Bay, you cant do much better!

Wonderful little beach cottage! Property description in listing is accurate. Communication with Jennifer was easy and she responded quickly. Kitchen is well stocked. Loved the porch facing the bay (great for naps), the beach shelter, and the beach itself. The beach really is only a few steps away, nice white sand, great for walks. Don't hesitate to stay here!
