Manager was responsive, loved being on the first floor (there were no steps to enter), pool is directly in front of the unit, unit was clean, updated, and well stocked, right by St Andrews park - This is by far our favorite area of the beach! And we would definitely stay in this unit again

Location, location! One of the best stays we have had in PC beach. Cutely decorated, clean and convenient. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The owner was easy to work with, quick to answer questions, and communication was excellent. The other guest were so much fun, very family oriented. The property is well taken care of, they even have a vending machine with family size pizzas, medicine, sun screen, snacks, soap, diapers, toys and much more. Ice machine on property behind security guard shack. All made for a great place to stay and vacation.

Great Condo

We loved staying here! I was a little worried about noise since this condo is on the first floor, but that wasn’t an issue at all, and the access to the pool/beach and parking lot was sooo convenient!

Convenient stay in paradise

My family of 6 and I stayed for a week at the Commodore. We loved the convenience of being on the first floor and walking out to the pool and/or gulf. The condo was clean and supplied well with our needs for the week. The Commodore was kept very clean outside and security was always on top of it while watching behavior in the pool, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time!!! The condo is updated, clean, and very convenient being on the ground floor. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of seating in the living room to enjoy. The kitchen has anything you need. Owner is super nice and has excellent communication. We will be back!

Tornado at PCB

Very small unit. No activities or social room with guest gatherings. The furniture in living room old and uncomfortable except for recliner which was one item that drew me to this rental. No garbage disposal, dishwasher was only able to hold one meal load. Much of storage space was taken up by huge owner storage boxes and 2 locked closets. Manager of unit was responsive and pleasant. The door lock system was good.
