Recently renovated with new kitchen and baths! This direct oceanfront condo is bright and spacious and only steps away from the beach. Condo is 2 BR / 2 BTH on second floor located directly above the lower parking garage below. Balcony elevation is 5’ above ground. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms each with its own king-sized bed and an extra trundle bed in one bedroom that can sleep two children.

Elevator in building makes this wheel chair accessible and handicap friendly.

Property is an easy walk to the many restaurants, bars and stores in pedestrian friendly downtown Cocoa Beach.

Everything was great. The only thing I would change would be more towels available. We had 6 towels for 5 people so we had to wash towels everyday after we showered before we could shower again. Being on vacation and doing laundry daily isn’t fun.

Great location to Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center. Communication with owner was excellent. Condo was clean and spacious. Very comfortable furnishings. Would go back again!

The condo was immaculately clean and very well appointed. We had everything we needed and the communication was timely and helpful. Unbeatable location for walking around town and eating at local places and shopping. Recommend 10/10.

Host was welcoming. The amenities were pretty good. Had a few issues with being able to use ac towards the end of our stay. The view was fantastic. Host was very responsive.

Our host was very responsive and helpful. The unit is very clean and well-stocked. The separated bedroom and bath areas are a real plus. Great ocean view from the balcony.

Thank you so much for the 5-star review. We provide a starter supply only of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwashing pods and liquid soap. If you need more during your stay we suggest purchasing them at Dollar General which is a 3 minute drive away.

We loved the beach view from the balcony. Also enjoyed seeing several rabbits feeding in the yard each day and lots of birds flying around. The sunrises were beautiful. Good view of the launches.Host was a great communicator.

This was even better than I expected! Owner was prompt and clear as well as very kind and helpful! Location was perfect! View was even better than I expected. I was a little worried about 1st floor if the dunes would block the view. NOPE! We watched ocean, dolphins, cruise ships. Beautiful! Condo was clean and lotsnof space. Loved our stay! Would go back for sure!

Short but great stay

Very comfortable place to stay. Got to see a launch as well as cruise ships coming and going. Close to everything you might need. Tim was great to work with.

Great location, super clean!

I’ve never been to cocoa beach and found this little gem, so convenient to great restaurants and bars. We were able to watch the offshore boat races from the comforts of our balcony. It was absolutely perfect! It’s hard to find a place with 2 king beds and this one has it!! Very clean and inviting! Will definitely be staying here again and again !!!
Alibi restaurant is AMAZING for dinner and brunch and walking distance from condo

Great home base for Cocoa Beach

This condo is literally across the street from the main square in Cocoa Beach for restaurants, beach bars, and shopping. The beach is clean and near a lifeguard shack, and the room is spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cocoa Beach!

A Great Place to Stay

Close to the beach and for the first time in my life we all got to see a rocket shoot up and hear it go up in space from this condo. So much space. We loved staying here and the pool was great.

The accommodations were excellent. I'm a wheelchair user and the unit was very open and accessible. Would rate 5 stars other than the fact that the elevator had issues and could not access our unit for a full afternoon. Property contact Mr. Cocoa Beach was of great assistance.

Ed was an excellent guest. He communicated all his needs before and during his stay. Unfortunately, the building elevator stopped working during a portion of his stay and building maintenance had to be contacted to fix it. I want to again apologize that this happened. The building management company did respond promptly, but I know it was a big inconvenience for Ed and we appreciate his comments and having him as our guest.

While I was out on the Tiki Bar at the Cocoa Beach pier I had that peaceful easy feeling that I really wanted to live here in Cocoa Beach and experience the margaritaville lifestyle. Now as a VRBO Premier Host I’m happy to share that same feeling with you!
