Great House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location on the beach. Noah's Ark is a great rental besides a few small details. We loved the extra beverage fridge and the ice maker. The view is exceptional. The convenience to the pool and the beach is great. A short walk to either. The house is very well equipped even with games and books! It was clean and seemed well maintained. I wish one of the side porches was screened in. The black biting flies were horrible for a few days. I also think it would be nice to have screens on the doors leading to the deck. Biggest complaint would be there is no way an adult can sleep on the bottom of the loft bunk. It needs an actual mattress. We are a group of 6 woman who each like our own room/sleeping area. The top bunk had a mattress but we are all in our 60's. The pad is quite thin...I wouldn't even want a kid to sleep there. My other complaint is that the underside of the house was sort of a mess. I picked it up myself. The toilet under the house was a great convenience when on the beach! Those things being said, this is one of the best houses we have stayed in and this was our 24th trip to this beach. All in all..this is a great vacation house.

We understand that mattress comfort is a matter of personal preference, but we appreciate you sharing your feedback and we will keep it in mind in case we receive similar comments in the future. It was our pleasure hosting you and the gals and we hope to welcome you back for a future stay. Thanks for staying with us! Coastal View Vacations

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a well appointed home with fantastic ocean access. The beach area was not busy at all and we were there over Labor Day Weekend. There are a few restaurants in the area, but with the beach privacy you would have to drive to get to a “town”.

Perfect Getaway

We were able to have an amazing vacation at this house. The beach was fantastic and not crowded at all. The rooms were all a nice size, the kitchen and family rooms were also great. If I had one complaint, it’s that I didn’t like the note in the thermostat REQUIRING guests to keep the AC above 72 or threatening the AC unit would freeze and we would get charged - we usually keep our house cooler than that and this got frustrating after a warm day at the beach. Overall though it was A+ and we will 100% be back.

Noah's Ark; Great Place for a Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is well-located in Morgantown on the beach. The views from the interior are superb with the Gulf view from a "wall of glass." About 6.5 miles down the road is Fort Morgan with the Mobile Bay Ferry that can take you to Dauphin Island for a day of biking. About 4 miles towards town is a new fine dining restaurant, Jesse's on the Bay. Noah's Ark is well-maintained with all the features you want for a Gulf vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just finished our week vacation in gulf shores. We LOVED staying in Noah's Ark. The home was beautiful and spacious. Lots of seating and a large table kitchen table plus bar stools with space to eat at the counter. This was perfect for our large family of 9. The house was Very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. There is a toilet and shower down stairs outside which we loved so we could rinse and clean off after being on the beach.
