Jess was a very responsive and caring host, she made sure our stay was exceptional. The cabin is beautiful and the lake spectacular. This area just north of Ely, in my opinion, is "heaven on earth" and is just a stones throw away from the beautiful and pristine Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness (BWCAW), so wonderful in so many ways! Highly recommend!

One of the best on Burntside

This has been our favorite rental on Burntside. We have rented 4 other properties multiple times over the last many years, this was the best. And the views were 10 times better than the other locations. Super easy process to check in and out. The owners have kept this place in great condition and stocked appropriately for all needs.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin on Burntside Lake. The views of the lake were beautiful, and we were lucky enough to visit while the wildflowers were in full bloom, adding even more color and charm to the surroundings. We appreciated the solitude. The peaceful setting seemed to quiet the “buzz” of everyday life and allowed us to truly relax. Listening to the call of the loons across the lake and watching the fireflies light up the night made for a memorable Northwoods experience. The cabin itself was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, ensuring restful nights after our days outdoors.Jess was a pleasure to work with and was readily available whenever questions came up. Her responsiveness and hospitality made the entire experience even better. We would happily return and highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by natural beauty.
