This charming turn of the century Victorian brings out the character of an era long gone. The 13 foot ceilings along with the 8 foot bay windows depict a grandeur of yester year. Large rooms featuring a Cal King and two Queen beds with blackout curtains, assure a peaceful rest! Stream on the TV, or surf the net in the comfort of a large living area. The large fully outfitted kitchen and laundry make for convenience. Enjoy a BBQ in the securely fenced yard or walk a few blocks to old town and the waterfront for shopping and dining enjoyment.

Charming Victorian, superbly decorated. Kitchen well stocked. The only limited feature was bath and a half for four adults.

Great spot walking distance to downtown

Stayed with my family. House was nice, side yard was great, plenty of amenities. There is an abandoned building across the street, but other than that everything was great and we would stay again.

Quiet and comfortable

Frank is an excellent host. The property is clean, easy to navigate, quiet, and comfortable. It has close proximity to several grocery stores, a perfect jumping off point for our daily excursions to see coastal redwoods.

Family Thanksgiving in Eureka

This was the perfect location for visiting most of Eureka. We were able to walk to Old Town, the waterfront and see all the murals painted during the Eureka Street Art Festivals. The house was neat, nicely decorated and the bedrooms gave all family members their privacy. Thank you for a great family vacation!

This is a beautiful Victorian house. While the 3 bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, our favorite hangout was the kitchen area. It was equipped better than our kitchen at home! We spent most of our house time there sitting around the table eating or playing games. It was a short walk to Old stone and the harbor. Lots of great shops to explore including a great quilt store.

Beautiful home

Beautiful family home, gorgeous area. Only thing that threw us off was the 2 bathrooms were next to each other, that made things interesting lol. But overall a beautiful home, comfortable, spacious and great location.

Redwoods Homebase

We used this cozy house as our homebase for visiting the Redwoods. It had enough room for the kids to play and a fenced-in back yard. It also was decorated for Christmas which was nice touch during the holidays. Frank was great to work with.

Greenside park

Victorian home was very nice. Property Manager, Frank was very helpful when we had a couple of small issues. I would recommend his VRBO to others.

Lovely Victorian

Well maintained historic house in a residential neighborhood. Very clean with comfortable beds and soft fluffy towels. Kitchen and bathrooms stocked with everything needed. Comfortable living room with a great TV set up. It was nice to relax after an active day. Excellent communication with host.
