PRIME LOCATION! Experience a memorable getaway in this beautiful two-story beach home that sleeps 10! Located in the highly sought-after Crystal Shores neighborhood, it's just a 3-minute walk to the beach. The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with an open-concept living and dining area. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, an upstairs loft, wireless fiber Wi-Fi, and flat-screen smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, a charming front porch, an upstairs balcony, outdoor living space with a dining table, gas grill, seating area, fire pit, outdoor shower, bed shed with beach supplies and a spacious driveway, all next to the community pool.

The minimum age to rent is 25, with no exceptions. This is an HOA policy, and you may be asked to provide a driver's license for age verification. No pets allowed, no exceptions.

*Maximum occupancy is 10 guests (including children/babies). This is a fire code regulation and cannot be exceeded.

With its charming white picket fences and beautifully maintained landscaping along Scenic 98, Seabrees offers a peaceful escape. Just a three-minute walk from the beach and adjacent to the community pool, you'll enjoy both relaxation and convenience. Inside, the home showcases elegant décor and numerous upgrades, including stainless steel appliances, European oak flooring, crown molding, and plantation shutters. Outdoor Living Space with dining table, chairs, gas grill, seating area with fire pit, outdoor shower, and beach shed with amenities. Create lasting memories at this exceptional getaway!

Over time, certain items may be upgraded or replaced, so decor, rugs, and lighting may differ from the images. Please read the HOA Guidelines/Rules at bottom of page.

This spacious home comfortably accommodates everyone. The main bedroom is a generous suite with a king bed, dedicated workspace, private bathroom, and balcony. The second-floor guest bedroom features a queen bed and private bathroom, while the loft area includes a trundle bed with two twin beds. The downstairs bedroom also has a queen bed, with a private bathroom that is shared with other guests and its own access to the backyard. The living room offers a queen sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for meal preparation, and the fantastic outdoor living area includes a dining table, gas grill, seating area with a gas fire pit, and an outdoor rinse shower. A beach shed is also available with beach amenities for your convenience.

All linens and bath towels are included. Enjoy keyless entry for a convenient, contactless check-in. An essential startup kit will be provided upon your arrival.

For families, we offer a pack & play, high chair, and baby gates. Please note that the house is not fully baby/toddler-proof, but we do provide outlet covers and cabinet locks for your convenience. There are stairs leading to the second floor.

The Area:
Crystal Beach, located in Destin, FL, is renowned as a top vacation destination. With its emerald waters and reputation as the "luckiest fishing village," this area boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the U.S. Enjoy the stunning white sands and crystal-clear waters where you can see your feet beneath the surface. Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride down Scenic 98, reaching public beach access in just 3 minutes. The access point features a pavilion, picnic tables, bath facilities, and a handicap-accessible ramp to the beach. On your way, stop by Camille's, a local favorite for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, often featuring live music. Bike rentals and essential grocery stores, like Publix and Whole Foods, are less than a mile away, along with Destin Commons, various restaurants, and activities. Silver Sands Premium Outlet is just 5 miles away, as is Destin Harbor (HarborWalk Village). This home truly offers the perfect location!

We adhere to all cleaning and sanitation procedures in compliance with CDC guidelines. Only emergency maintenance requests will be addressed while the unit is occupied; minor issues will be resolved between guest check-outs to minimize contamination risks.

Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Most guests do check out on time, but my cleaner also works for others and typically gets to my place around 1 PM. She needs adequate time to clean thoroughly. I completely understand that everyone hopes to check in early, I do too, even as an owner. However, I can’t rush my cleaner. Please understand that check-in remains at 4 PM. If the place happens to be ready earlier, you’re absolutely welcome to check in then.

**HOA Guidelines/Rules that have to be followed**
*Guest are not allowed to remove or cover ring cameras
**All HOA guidelines have to be followed during your stay. These guidelines are to keep our neighborhood beautiful and safe. If guidelines are not followed a fine could be accessed up to $150 and could be evicted.
* Parking is only allowed in driveway, inside the fence post. No parking on the street, grass, driveway apron, across the sidewalk. Sea Brees driveway will fit 4 normal size cars.
* No boats, trailers, RV’s, wave runners are allowed to park anywhere in Crystal Shores.
* Grill is to be left Outback, can not move to front yard
* All garbage can are to be left out back, only rolled out on pickup day then rolled back in once picked up
* No noise disturbance past 10pm & before 8am.
* No fireworks
* No loud music or vulgar language
* No towels, banners, clothing or other items can be hung on railings of home.
* No hammocks can be hung from porch or balcony Please note and follow all HOA guidelines.
