Newly Remodeled Beach Paradise

Come relax, rewind and enjoy Cocoa Beach in our beautifully renovated cozy beach house. It's located close to downtown Cocoa Beach, and it's also a short walk to the beautiful quiet beach away from the crowds. It's the perfect balance of privacy and location. Our home is outfitted with all the essentials you might need.

There's 2 separate units, and when you book you'll have access to both units. We won't ever book them separately. Both units will be your private space. (they aren’t connected by an interior door. There’s two front doors and two back doors on the porch.)

**Unit A is wheelchair accessible.

Unit A is a studio, which includes a queen bed, living area with a sofa bed, dining table, kitchen, and full bath with shower.

Unit B is a 1 bedroom featuring a queen bed, closed off with a barn door, with a full en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. It has a separate open living space with a sofa bed and large chef's kitchen complete with everything you'll need to cook delicious meals. This unit has a laundry room.

The upstairs loft in Unit B isn’t available for use yet until we install railing and a ladder.

The units are rented together, and is considered a 2 bedroom, 2 bath house.

Plenty of parking is available.

Ron Jon Surf Shop (the largest surf shop in the world), the cruise ship harbour at Cape Canaveral, the Kennedy Space Center and the Cocoa Beach Pier, are just a few attractions within minutes away.

From here, it's just a hop, skip, and a jump away to Orlando to the Disney theme park, about 45 minutes away.
