We are a retired couple which has a love for the Friendly Island of Sint Maarten. We recently upgraded at this resort so we could spend the entire month of January on the Island. We decided to share a couple weeks to interested people that may have never been to this Island for an extended stay. This Unit can only be better in view in Building A.

This property is very laid back setting. Listening to the sound of the ocean from the balcony. With JW Marriot coming in to the hotel it will be first class entertainment, dining and recreation. It's 10-15 minutes into Phillipsburg and 5 minutes to a family owned French Restaurant and fine bakery. Bon a Petite!

You can drive 10-15 minutes into Phillipsburg to Cost U Less (island Costco) for all the food, drink very inexpensively and prepare meals right in the unit. The traffic and airport noise is non existent in this area.
