Beautiful Studio apartment first floor. Nice living space with Electric fireplace. Very-excellent views of Lake Cobbossee. It is only a half a block to the Marina and to the White Duck Brew Pub. Minutes to Hollowell with lots of restaurants and bars. 5 minutes to the headquarters of Maine Cabin Masters. Nice central location for day trips to Portland / Camden / Belfast / Rockland or Mountains for white water rafting. There are 2 Kayaks to use. Central shared floating Dock. Bring your own boat, there is a mooring to use.

Awesome Maine with lake view rental house

The house was very nice with everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. It had a beautiful view of the lake with a large outdoor seating and eating area. We will definitely reserve the house again.

Perfect Maine get away

House is beautiful. Lake is perfect. We had a great stay. Lots of amenities available. Great location. We came in for Maine 70.3 and it was so easy to get to the race and all the activities prior. Even could jump in and swim at the lake. If you book for 6 guests and most are kids just be aware that the 3rd guest space is down through the garage. Our kids are old enough but if you have younger, you will not share a floor with them. It worked for us We enjoyed our visit.

Read the entire listing before booking

Not a great experience. I did not read the full listing and did not realize there is not a kitchen. Only a microwave and refrigerator. No stove or oven. The flooring is concrete and makes your feet/socks dirty just walking around. The parking is not ideal if you are in anything other than a small car.. I would recommend booking for 1 night and test it out before paying for more than that. The owner is not accommodating at all and came off as rude to me. But I was probably rude to her. I would not recommend it at all though but book at own risk and be cautious when booking.
