Available for Thanksgiving, Grand Prix, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and More! Come enjoy the stunning sunsets at this three-level beachfront home on the much sought after Long Beach Peninsula. Completely renovated in 2021, this 2700 sq foot, contemporary, yet inviting home will welcome you with open arms. The first floor offers an open floor plan with an ocean view living room, Sonos, 55" Smart TV, dining room that seats 8, bar, fully fitted kitchen with Bertazonni appliances, guest bathroom with shower and a washer and dryer. Up the white and open staircase you are met by a stunning sea grass wall of book cases. This floor has two ocean front rooms; the master with King bed, 55" Smart TV, glass walled bathroom and a soaking tub complete with an ocean view. The second front bedroom is currently arranged as a sitting room as it offers spectacular views of the sunsets. It has a pull out sofa bed that can either sleep one adult or two children. Down the hall, there is a another full bathroom with shower and a third bedroom with a Queen bed. Taking the stairs up to the third floor you will find the spectacular loft complete with a blue velvet L-shaped sofa, acrylic swing chair, 65" Smart TV and a secret sleeping cubby perfect for sleepovers-two double beds that are perfect for kids and teens. Off the kitchen, there is an attached garage, bikes, beach chairs, coolers and tons of fun all waiting to be had. The area directly in front of the house is home to world class kite surfing and volleyball and the area one short block behind the home is the beautiful Bay, perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, picnics with the family or a sunset glass of wine. Walking distance to 2nd street where you will find wonderful restaurants and shops and a short drive to incredible dining at 2nd & PCH. Just a 10 minute drive and you are in Orange County, 20 miles to Disneyland and about the same to Fashion Island. A wonderful jumping off point to either Los Angeles or The OC, but once you get here, you probably won't want to leave. Inquire for availability.

We just had the most wonderful family vacation. The house is absolutely beautiful and you are right there on the beach! Communication with the homeowners was easy and straightforward. We really appreciated their honesty and help throughout our trip. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay At The Beach

My family and I had the opportunity to stay in this great house in Long Beach. The house was amazing the pictures do not do it justice, great location, absolutely no hassles. But the most important part is the host Deann, she is a one in a million person, so accommodating and a genuine nice person.You will not go wrong staying at this house.

Milton is from London and Deann is from Santa Monica and they have lived in Montecito full-time since 2006. We love interacting with people from all over the world both as hosts and as guests. We have made good friends through VRBO and have only had positive experiences. Milton is a restaurant financier and Deann is a Health Coach and a writer. We both love traveling and being with our kids/dogs. Walks on the bay and bike rides in Long Beach are highlights. In Montecito, the trails are so lovely and peaceful but we also have the beach a few blocks away. We have been using swap sites and VRBO for many properties but are just starting to do it with Montecito and Long Beach.

Why they chose this property

This is like a hidden gem in the middle of Los Angeles. It feels very European, is so friendly and warm and elegant but not pretentious. The people are so friendly. And we love how you can walk to so many things and bike everywhere. It is really close to many LA landmarks but not so in the middle of the chaos. Truly our favorite place.
