As you walk through the front foyer at Jubilation, you're greeted with a spacious open floor plan where the living room, dining area and open kitchen area all come together for a great space for entertaining or enjoying your company. The living room has a fireplace accented with ship-lap up to the vaulted ceiling above and full of windows and natural light. There's a TV in the main living room, along with plenty of seating. The open kitchen has plenty of space to cook meals, and large island to gather around. The kitchen walks-out to to one of the covered patios complete with an outdoor table set and gas grill. There's also a 7 person hot tub on the patio! The main level has 2 large bedrooms each having their own private bathroom. There's also a laundry room on the main level, and the 2 car garage heated garage with great space for parking vehicles and ATVs. As you head up to the second level, you'll love the additional 4 bedrooms on the upper level one of which has it's own private bathroom, two of the bedrooms upstairs are connected with a jack-n-jill style walkthrough bathroom, and the 4th just across the hall from a full bathroom. There's also an additional bonus room above the garage great for a private area for your guests or kids room!

Outside you'll find a nice driveway that can fit trucks with trailers, and great proximity to the local clubhouse where you'll have access to a heated pool, fire table and game room with pool table and newly added larger outdoor pool that's available in the summer months! You can easily take the couple minute walk over to the clubhouse through the subdivision and likely see wildlife on your short walk. There are snowmobile trails that can be accessed on the edge of the subdivision, and ATV trails that can be easily accessed on a short ride down Rochford road that you can connect with miles and miles of off-road fun!

Deadwood is just 15 minutes away and there are taxi's that do service the area if you're looking to take in a concert, gamble, enjoy some great food or just walk the historic main street. The highly popular Spearfish Canyon is just 10 minutes away as well, with its amazing fly fishing, hiking, and just taking in the beauty of the rim-rock canyon walls and local waterfalls. In about an hour drive, you can also be enjoying larger attractions like Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake or Devils Tower.
