Welcome to The Sandy Hideaway, nestled in the Summer Salt Community in Orange Beach. Recently built and updated throughout with new décor and modern fixtures, this slice of paradise will prove to be exactly what you have been searching for! Across from the beach and on the edge of town, staying here will allow you to spend your days doing whatever you enjoy such as swimming, shopping, checking out local eateries or just relaxing.
This delightful, two-story home can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 12 guests within the 2005 square feet of beautifully appointed living space, making it an optimal size and layout for small families. Parking and unloading have never been easier with the spaces being conveniently located in front of the front porch. The beautiful master bedroom is located downstairs with an equally beautiful, attached bathroom. The master bathroom features a beautiful walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs each with their own full-sized bathrooms making getting ready for the days adventures a breeze. The first guest room has a comfy queen bed. The second guest bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, 1 set is a full over full and the other is a twin over full. All bedrooms offer flat screen TVs for entertainment purposes. Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided.
Prepare a freshly cooked meal in the well-stocked kitchen showcasing stainless steel appliances and beautiful quartz counter tops. There is also a counter high bar with 3 barstools and a table for 8 to enjoy your take-out or a home cooked meal. This home offers a front and back porch both overlooking the marshy waterways offering a peaceful relaxing feel while you relax in one of the rocking chairs. The living room offers a comfy sofa, which provides additional sleeping on the pullout bed tucked inside, and 3 comfy chairs. During downtime, watch your favorite shows on one of the flat screen TV's or connect with your friends' back home via free Wi-Fi. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. This home provides you with all the essentials you need to enjoy your stay at the beach! Beach access is located half a mile at Romar Beach Public Access, it is paid parking area. This home is walking distance to Live Bait, Beachside mini golf, The Ruby Slipper, and Docs Seafood! The pool is a short walk just down the street, you can see the pool from the front porch.

Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.
You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.
* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.
* PARKING RESTRICTION: There is 3 reserved parking spots in the driveway. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
